Concrete panel and concrete panel connector structure for forming reinforced concrete building components

A concrete panel system includes first, second, and third rectangular precast concrete panels, each defining a respective top edge, bottom edge, and first and second lateral edges. A first type connector is formed in the concrete material at least along the top edge of the first panel and along the first lateral edge of the first panel. A second type connector is formed in the concrete material at least along the second lateral edge of the second panel, and along the bottom edge of the third panel. The first type connector and the second type connector are configured to connect together so as to form a cavity between the respective panel edges. This cavity extends along the first lateral edge of the first panel to facilitate positioning rebar between adjacent panels.

An improved system to build structures like the walls and columns of a single family residential home or other residential and commercial buildings as well as fences, circular and semi-circular structures and other architectural structures.

A system that includes layout units (10-16, 49-64, 93-99), modular building units (1-9, 17-24, 30-48, 81-92, 100-115), the methods to manufacture such as well as the details to build simple structures like Single and Double Whyte Walls (65-66, 67-68 respectively), Single Whyte Arc-Shaped Walls (116-117), Single Whyte Columns (69-70), Double Whyte Wall Corners (71-72), Windows and Door Openings (77-78, 79-80 respectively), etc. (73-74, 75-76). The system also includes building units that facilitate the installation of electrical outlets and switches (25-29) and other components (81-83).

CONSTRUCTION BLOCK AND BUILDING ELEMENT

A plant-based construction block (2) for a building element (1), for example a wall. The plant- based construction block (2) comprises a uniform recess (3) extending between two opposite faces (5) of the plant-based construction block (2). The recess comprising first and second interlocking portions (4a, 4b) disposed on opposite sides of the recess (3) such that an interlocking portion of a further identical plant-based construction block can be received in the recess (3) and engage the first interlocking portion (4a), and such that an interlocking portion of a second further identical plant-based construction block can be received in the recess (3) and engage the second interlocking portion (4b).

BLOCK FOR USE IN AUTOMATED BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
20250129601 · 2025-04-24 ·

A block for automated building construction has a cuboid body including an opposed top and bottom, a pair of opposed ends, and a pair of opposed sides. The block is dividable lengthwise into block portions. Between each pair of adjacent block portions is a dividing slot(s) extending between the top and the bottom and transversely across the block, the dividing slot(s) separated from the opposed sides or an adjacent dividing slot by slender webs which bridge and connect the adjacent block portions. Each block portion includes holes extending between the top and the bottom. The holes include a larger hole, and smaller holes spaced apart around the larger hole. Each portion at opposing ends of the block includes a protruding tongue extending between the top and the bottom of the block, which is transversely offset with respect to a protruding tongue at the opposite end of the block.

Concrete panel, panel kit, and concrete panel connector structure for forming reinforced concrete building components

The first type connector and the second type connector are configured to connect together, and a cavity is formed between the respective panel edges. This cavity extends along both the top edge of the first panel and the first lateral edge of the first panel to facilitate positioning reinforcing bar traversing a corner of the first or second panel.

INTERLOCKING CONSTRUCTION BLOCKS

The present invention is an improvement on a previous version of an interlocking building block system for use in constructing a building wall. The improvements introduced are radii corners and chamfered edges that allow for claddings to be attached to the wall by leaving space for mechanical screws to be secured between two blocks. Furthermore, the radii corners allowed for increased mechanical movement between two interlocking blocks, resulting in greater durability of the blocks. The improvement also include a corner block and an intersecting block which replace the need for using multiple blocks to create intersecting points or corners. Some blocks also contain an additional hollow cavity with channels to allow increased support members to be introduced between blocks, thus increasing the height of the walls that can be built using the block system.
