Modular building blocks and building system
Devices, structures, and methods for designing, constructing, and fitting modular structural building blocks together into a unified structure. Modular blocks are rapidly fit together into finished assemblies. Finished assemblies include reinforcing elements aligned in a structurally sound pattern. The unified structure includes walls, provisions for corners, and provisions for door/window spaces. The unified structure optionally includes raised floors or lowered ceilings, offset from ordinary associated height, using blocks disposed side-by-side with intermediate supports. The unified structure optionally includes one or more curved structures, such as vaulted ceilings, rounded walls or silos, tunnels, or otherwise.
Block for Dry Construction
The invention relates to a construction block (2) made of inert material, such as concrete, comprising two opposite main faces (4, 6), an upper face (8), a lower face (10), and two opposite lateral faces (12, 14), the upper and lower faces (8, 10) and the lateral faces (12, 14) having, respectively, complementary reliefs that are able to interlock when several of the blocks are juxtaposed. The relief of the upper face (8) comprises two tenons (16) extending in parallel and at a distance from the two main faces (4, 6), respectively, and the relief of the lower face (10) comprises two corresponding slots (16′) extending in parallel and at a distance from the two main faces (4, 6), respectively.
Wall construction members and system
A wall construction system includes multiple block types that interfit with one another to form walls in a staggered arrangement. Block types include jamb blocks having front and back surfaces, a planar surface on a first end, and a second side having a projecting surface or a receiving surface configured to mate with the projecting surface. The jamb block includes a top mating surface and a bottom mating surface configured to mate with the top mating surface. Webs extend from the front surface to the back surface to form voids. A multi-directional elevation is formed over a void adjacent the planar surface to permit stacking of blocks in two orientations. Other block types include a half jamb block having a web to form a void and a planar surface, and a web stretcher having a projecting surface on one end and a receiving surface on another end.
Insulated fireproof concrete form system
An insulated fireproof concrete form system. The system includes a pair of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks oriented parallel to each other. A pair of insulating blocks are disposed on a pair of internal surfaces of the pair of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. The pair of insulating blocks are horizontally staggered relative to the pair of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. A plurality of rods connects the pair of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.
Hempcrete wall block panel
A hempcrete wall comprising a stud wall, a hemprecte block panel including hemp hurd, hydrated type S lime, and a pumice, and a lumber embedded in the hemprete block panel with holes that allows fixing the hempcrete block panel to the stud wall. The hempcrete block includes a 17.5 lbs of hemp hurd, 10 lbs hydrated type S lime, 17 lbs of powdered pumice, and 44 lbs water.

INTERLOCKING CONSTRUCTION BLOCK SYSTEM
Interlocking construction blocks of a type that can be used as part of a system for building various structures, such as walls. An individual block provides positive intermeshing with other blocks abutting thereto and positive interlocking with other blocks stacked thereon, forming a joint that allows the abutting blocks to be held together without the need for mortar. Interlocked blocks are capable of providing a barrier against horizontal water seepage along the joints from one side of the interlocked blocks to the opposite side. The blocks provide a relatively light-weight structural unit while still providing good structural strength against horizontal and vertical loads. The blocks may be formed at least partly of recycled waste material(s) and/or may themselves be made of materials that can be easily recycled, thereby providing an environmentally friendly construction material that may have a reduced carbon footprint compared to other construction block systems.
