Pre fabricated wall form and system
A concrete wall pre fabrication for the easy assembly of walls for residential and commercial buildings. More specifically, there is an apparatus and method for enabling the outer form of a concrete wall to be more precisely assembled off site and then transported to the work site and assembled the wall in the proper place with appropriate rebar before filling the forms with cement or concrete material as disclosed in the specification and drawings of the invention and the related claims. Additionally, there is a need for a form spacer that efficiently attaches between the form walls with a more precise use of glue and stronger attachment to the form walls.
Building block, as well as an insert piece to be applied in such a building block
A building block formed of a body having one or more insert pieces, whereby first and second complementary coupling parts are mainly formed of the one or more synthetic insert pieces so as to be able to couple such building blocks to one another. The first and the second coupling parts are complementary in such a way that, after the adjacent building blocks have been coupled to one another in an immobile manner.
WALL ASSEMBLY
A wall and an assembly for building the wall comprises building blocks and support blocks. Each building block comprises opposite first and second faces, both comprising a plurality of recesses arranged spaced from each other. Each support block comprises a body and a plurality of protrusions extending from opposite top and bottom sides of the body. Each recess comprises a recess support structure and each protrusion comprises a protrusion support structure. The recesses and protrusions are arranged in a matching pattern. Alternating layers of building and support blocks are stacked on top of each other wherein the protrusions of one layer are accommodated in the recesses of the adjacent layer, the respective support structures engage each other and position and support the respective higher block on the respective lower block, and relative movement of the respective blocks in two mutually perpendicular directions generally parallel to the layers is restricted.
Structural element for the building trade, machine and method to make it
A construction block or suchlike comprises at least one part made of conglomerate material, to which an insert made of filling material is constrained, to define a connection face for connection to another structural element. The connection face has visible a first surface of the insert and at least a connected second surface of the part made of conglomerate material. On the connection face other structural element(s) are combined, along a support plane (R, R1, R2) provided in correspondence with the connection face, to be stably connected by a layer of binder material. The second surface has a seating made longitudinally and lowered with respect to the support plane (R, R1, R2), on which seating the layer of binder material is located. The seating has a determinate depth (D), with respect to the support plane (R, R1, R2) correlated to the predefined thickness of the binder material to be laid.
Hinged corner form for an insulating concrete form system
A corner form panel used in an insulating concrete form system includes a hinged corner web member at least partially embedded in each of two segments of the form panel. The hinged corner web member enables the two segments to rotate with respect to each other, so that the form panel can be opened to a flat configuration for shipping, and folded into a corner configuration at the jobsite. Both inside and outside corner panels may be provided, and may use different hinged corner web members. The corner web member may include features for connecting the inside and outside corner panels, to reinforce the resulting form unit.
