WALL CONSTRUCTION AND FRAMEWORK COMBINATION
A wall system includes a framework having a first row of outer studs and a second row of inner studs spaced-apart and staggered from one another. A composite wall structure is supported by the framework and includes an exterior wall formation, an interior wall formation, and an intervening insulation system between the exterior and interior wall formations. The insulation system includes a pair of spaced-apart backing boards mounted to the framework. Foam insulation fills the cavity space between the pair of backing boards. The second row of inner studs are located in the cavity space and surrounded by the insulation.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND MACHINE READABLE PROGRAMS FOR MEASURING, RECORDING, AND ACCESSING DATA FOR IMPROVED SELECTION OF CLOTHING
The present disclosure provides a variety of approaches to facilitate the remote fitting of clothing items.
Method for obtaining a vertical or horizontal profiled element for the interconnection of plasterboard panels to walls and element obtained with such method
A method for obtaining a vertical or horizontal profiled element for the interconnection of plasterboard panels to walls, in particular to plasterboard walls that can be applied to in-wall frames for retractable sliding doors or for the provision of drywall dividing walls. The method entails a continuous machining of a metallic lamina by punching or drawing or rolling obtained by using two rollers, one acting as a die and the other acting as a punch, so as to obtain on the metallic lamina a plurality of holes, which are uniformly distributed according to a series of mutually parallel rows.
SOUND-INSULATING STRUCTURE FOR BUILDING
A sound insulation structure for a building includes: a floor material; a ceiling material opposed to the floor material in a vertical direction with a space in a building interposed therebetween; a partition wall extending in the vertical direction and partitioning the space into a first space and a second space adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction; and at least one face material out of a floor-side sound insulation face material stuck to a portion of the floor material in a range of a thickness of the partition wall and having a coincidence frequency different from that of the floor material, and a ceiling-side sound insulation face material stuck to a portion of the ceiling material in the range of the thickness of the partition wall and having a coincidence frequency different from that of the ceiling material.
Partition wall structure and method for constructing same
A partition wall has a structure with a wall end portion butted against another building structure and exposed to architectural spaces. An end post at the end portion of the wall is constituted from first and second end post elements, which are spaced apart from each other, so that a gap or an isolation zone interrupting a propagation of a solid vibration or insulating a path for propagating the solid vibration is formed between the first and second elements. An interior finishing panel for defining the architectural space on one side of the wall is fixed to the first element and the interior finishing panel for defining the architectural space on an opposite side of the wall is fixed to the second element.
Backplate arrangements for modular wall systems and installation methods
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to modular wall systems and methods of installing modular wall systems in hygienic environments. In one aspect, gap cover apparatus are disclosed. In one aspect, backplate arrangements are disclosed. In one aspect, non-progressive installation methods are disclosed. The modular wall systems can eliminate protruding ledges while maintaining structural integrity and hygienic properties.
WALL ASSEMBLY
The present invention is directed to a wall assembly comprising a novel structural lattice frame comprising vertical studs and outwardly located horizontal furring spaced with thermal isolation pads therebetween at the framing intersections, foam insulation encapsulating the furring and at least a portion of the vertical studs, and an exterior air- and water-resistant barrier-protected sheathing fastened to the outward side of the horizontal furring.
METAL FRAMING SELF-LOCKING CONNECTORS
The present invention relates to metal framed wall components with self-locking fixed and sliding connections between support members and crossing connecting members without using fasteners to connect the two crossing metal framing members together. Different variations of the shapes of the connecting members as well as the location and shape of the notches, ledges, tabs and notched-tabs are used between the members at the holes, punch-outs or indentations all determine the self-locking connections.
SMART WALL
A smart wall comprises: a frame structure including a mounting cell; an electronic product disposed in the mounting cell; and an art wall covering the front of the frame structure, wherein the frame structure comprises: a first steel section; a second steel section which includes a second fastening part formed at the end thereof and is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the first steel section; a first fastening part which includes multiple first fastening holes arranged in the width direction of the first steel section; the second fastening part which is located at the end of the second steel section and includes multiple second fastening holes corresponding to the multiple first fastening holes; and fastening screws passing through the first fastening part and the second fastening part, and the first fastening part comprises multiple first fastening parts disposed at predetermined intervals in the extension direction of the first steel section. Accordingly, various frame structures can be implemented and thus reduced manufacturing costs can be achieved.
HEAT-INSULATING SOUND-ABSORBING MATERIAL, AND PARTITION WALL
Provided are a heat-insulating and sound-absorbing material improved in construction workability, and a partition wall in which degradation in sound insulation performance is suppressed. The heat-insulating and sound-absorbing material 1 is comprised of an agglomerate of inorganic fibers, wherein the agglomerate has a density of 10 to 20 kg/m.sup.3 and the inorganic fibers of the agglomerate have a length-weighted average fiber diameter of 2.0 to 8.7 μm, and wherein the agglomerate contains: 20 to 66% of inorganic fibers having a length-weighted average fiber diameter of less than 4.0 μm; and 13 to 58% of inorganic fibers having a length-weighted average fiber diameter of 7.0 μm or more. The partition wall comprises a hollow wall portion, and the above heat-insulating and sound-absorbing material installed in the hollow wall portion.
