PNEUMATIC SEALING WALL

A pneumatic active sealing wall can create a seal between a movable wall and another part of a structure, such as a recreational vehicle, mobile home or the like. The pneumatic active sealing wall design allows the wall to expand from two sides, and, by expanding the wall parts into the side walls, gaps will be eliminated. The sealing wall can be used, for example, to create a seamless wall for folding mechanisms. Since such folding mechanisms do not allow lamination connection, the stretchable design of the pneumatic active sealing wall can solve the problems associated with sealing such movable walls.

Partition bracket assembly

A bracket assembly for connecting the head track (282) of a partition wall (280) to an overhead structural component (298) of the building has a shaft (102) connected at right angles to a base plate (106), which in turn is connectable to the head track (282) so that the shaft extends substantially vertically upwards. A pair of upwardly extending wings (118) and an apertured intermediate portion (116) allowing the bracket to be slidingly disposed about the shaft. The wings (118) are connectable to arm portions (288), which in turn are connectable to linking flanges (292), connectable to the overhead structure 298. Springs (130, 132) bias the bracket towards a neutral position. The bracket (110) is retained on the shaft by an upper stop (108) and the base plate 106. Apertured stabilising means (122,124) disposed about the bracket (110) form a collar that guides and stabilises the bracket (110) as it slides relative to the shaft (102) during seismic activities.

Wall system

A modular wall comprising at least two wall panels, each comprising first and second vertical edges, a top edge and a bottom edge. A leg is connectable to a wall panel, configured to apply a vertical force on the wall panel. The first and second vertical edges are shaped to form a male-female connection between adjacent wall panels. Adjacent wall panels are joined together using adhesive. Each vertical edge is provided with cooperating elements, which in use engage with a cooperating element on an adjacent wall panel to pull the two wall panels together whilst the adhesive cures.

JOINT-SEALING TAPE WITH PREDETERMINED GEOMETRY AND SEALING ARRANGEMENT WITH SUCH JOINT SEALING TAPE

A joint-sealing tape for sealing a joint between a first building part and a second building part contains an elongated connecting element and at least two sealing elements which have a predetermined geometry and are positioned on the connecting element, spaced apart, side-by-side and running in the longitudinal direction of the connecting element.

Wall panel module comprising dual gasket assembly

A wall panel module comprising a first wall panel and one or more dual gasket assembly, the dual gasket assembly being suitable for sealing an abutment joint between edge faces of two wall panels and comprising a support coupling, a compressible interior gasket, and a compressible weather gasket, the support coupling comprising a base having a top surface having an interior gasket support and an exterior gasket support on opposing ends of the support coupling, the compressible interior gasket attached to the interior gasket support and the compressible outer weather gasket attached to the exterior gasket support, the compressible interior gasket and the compressible outer weather gasket mounted on the support coupling with the lengths of the compressible interior gasket and the compressible outer weather gasket parallel to one another and also being parallel to the dual gasket assembly length, the bottom surface of the support coupling base further having an attachment area with the dual gasket assembly attached to the first edge face of the first wall panel via said attachment area.
