SPECIAL T-SHAPED COLUMN SHEAR WALL MODULE, SHEAR WALL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
A T-shaped shear wall module including a straight pattern plate, two L-shaped pattern plates with a same structure, and connectors. Each of the two L-shaped pattern plates includes a first pattern plate and a second pattern plate which are perpendicular to each other. In a direction perpendicular to the straight pattern plate, the two first pattern plates are arranged in parallel to each other and both extend in a direction away from the straight pattern plate, and a plurality of connectors are rigidly arranged between two first pattern plates. Along a direction parallel to the straight pattern plate, two second pattern plates are coplanar and extend in opposite directions, and a plurality of connectors are rigidly arranged between the straight pattern plate and the two second pattern plates. The present application also provides a shear wall and a construction method thereof.
Formwork System
Disclosed is a form work system (100) that comprises first (102a) and second (102b) building formwork components that are connected by a building formwork connector (104). The connector (104) comprises a moveable portion (128) that is moveable from a closed position to an open position. In the closed position, one or more sidewalls of the connector (104) define a cavity (144) for receipt of cementitious material. The cavity (144) of the connector (104) is located with respect to cavities (110) of the first (102a) and second (102b) formwork components. In the open position, access is provided to the cavity (144) of the connector (104).
Covertec wall module building system and method
A module, system and method for the utilization of wall modules molds which may be enjoined in various combinations, filled in situ with concrete, cement or similar aggregates aggregate and linked so that said when solidified, said concrete, cement or similar aggregates aggregate combines with said molds to form a continuous structural wall that may be used in the construction of dwellings and other such buildings.
FORMWORK SYSTEM
Various implementations described herein are directed to a bracket of a formwork system. In one implementation, the bracket includes: a first member having a first plurality of openings; and a second member having a second plurality of openings. The first member and the second member are configured to: be perpendicular to each other; and provide lateral adjustment via the first plurality of openings and/or the second plurality of openings.
A MODULAR PREFABRICATED WALL SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF ASSEMBLY THEREOF
There is provided herein a modular be fabricated wall system which has a number of interlocking modular prefabricated wall sections. Each wall section has opposing planar face boards and a number of orthogonal spacers adhered to respective inner faces of the face boards for bracing the face boards apart. Vertical joiners may be adhered to inner edges of each face board for quickly and easily vertically slotting together adjacent wall sections in a row. The present wall sections are low-cost in that both the face boards and the orthogonal spacers may be cut from low-cost board, such as fibre cement board. Specifically, the face boards and the spacers may be both made from fibre cement board and the spacers may be glued perpendicularly between inner surfaces of the face boards. As such, the present wall sections may be manufactured without fasteners, ties and the like.
REINFORCED MODULAR STEEL-CONCRETE STRUCTURES
A construction element is provided. The construction element comprises a base panel and two substantially perpendicular sidewall panels which together define a U-shaped channel having an internal cavity. At least one of the panels includes at least one panel opening dimensioned to allow the passage of a reinforcement or stabilising material into the internal cavity. The construction element further comprises at least one support plate (70) having first and second ends fixed to respective sidewall panels and extending substantially perpendicular to the sidewall panels across the channel so as to provide support to the sidewall panels.
BUILDING COMPONENT
A building formwork component comprising first and second spaced sidewalls having one or more webs extending there-between, each sidewall comprising a flange extending inwardly along a first edge of the sidewall such that an outer surface of the flange forms a ramp surface; and a groove extending along an opposing second edge of the sidewall. The component may be coupled to a like component by relative movement of the components towards each other, whereby the flanges are received in respective grooves of the like component, and whereby the ramp surfaces facilitate such coupling by engaging respective second edges of the like component to move the second edges and/or ramp surfaces for engagement of the flanges in the grooves.
FORMWORK SYSTEM
Various implementations described herein are directed to a formwork system. In one implementation, the formwork system includes aluminum extrusions and aluminum castings. The aluminum castings and the aluminum extrusions can be assembled by being pressed and riveted together.
