A building construction method uses wall frames having a moveable top track. The track is fixed in a raised position so as to be load-bearing during construction, allowing construction work to progress quickly. When supporting concrete columns have cured, the fixing can be released allowing the track to move into a lowered position and for the building load to transfer to the columns.

CELLULOSE-BASED STRUCTURAL FLOORING PANEL ASSEMBLY
A cellulose-based structural building panel assembly includes a cross-laminated timber (CLT) core which is reinforced with one or more post-tensioned tendons stressed to a pre-selected tensioning force, following the placement as part of the panel assembly. The tendons are provided within a sleeve which is grouted with a channel formed in an underside of the core and which after post-tensioning of tendons is infilled with a binder securing the tendons in a fully bonded configuration.
Precast modular structural building method
The present invention is a modular structural building method consisting of prefabricated, precast, composite reinforced concrete raised floor and steel beam panels with adjustable levelling connection assemblies between panels, supported by columns. The system has the ability to accommodate the use of the floor by construction personnel during the on-site assembly process. The perimeter of the raised floor slab can be provided with ducts for a field installed conventional reinforcement means to create a continuous structural diaphragm for the floor panel.

The formwork comprises a base member laid on the ground having a perimeter recess on an upper surface for receiving components of the formwork. One or more permanent outer boards forming an outer periphery of the foundation are provided and coupled to a plurality of spaced internal bracing components to prevent collapse under the pressure of wet concrete.

A panel designed for forming a floor or a wall, including several beams, each beam including an armature fixed to a base, each base being made from a settable fixing material, the panel including a support having several formwork parts arranged salient from a surface receiving the support, the formwork parts forming housings to respectively receive the beams and having a bottom that is formed by the surface receiving the support, each beam being located in a respective housing where the base of the beam is fixed to the bottom of the housing, the support being formed by a single piece.
Anti-fall safeguard with supporting base
An anti-fall safeguard for persons includes a supporting base with which the anti-fall safeguard can be set up on an underlying surface formed of individual concrete slabs. The concrete slabs are provided with upwardly projecting iron reinforcing elements and with an anchor mast system which is connected to the supporting base. Personal protective equipment is fastened to the free, upper end of the anchor mast system. In order to securely fasten the anti-fall safeguard on an underlying surface, two or more cable safeguards are provided, which can be brought into connection with the iron reinforcing elements of the concrete slabs. The cable safeguards can be tensioned and the supporting base is immovably secured on the underlying surface by the tensioning of the cable safeguards.
