Panel of insulating material with attached reinforcement
The reinforcing panel for reinforced concrete structures comprises a plurality of sticks (2) suitable for being arranged parallel to each other through a panel (12) of insulating material. The sticks (2), near the opposite ends (20), have a corresponding pair of slots (4, 5) protruding bilaterally in use from said panel (12) of insulating material. The slots (4, 5) are suitable for engaging and retaining reinforcing metal wires (6) on orthogonal planes.
Tie system for insulated concrete panels
An insulated concrete panel comprising an insulation layer having one or more openings extending therethrough, a first concrete layer adjacent to a first surface of the insulation layer, a second concrete layer adjacent to a second surface of the insulation layer, and a wall tie received within one or more of the openings. The wall tie includes a central section received within the one or more openings of the insulation layer, a first concrete engaging at least partially embedded within the first concrete layer, and a second concrete engaging section embedded within the second concrete layer. The second concrete engaging section has a maximum width that is larger than a maximum width of the central section. The central section of the wall tie is configured to transfer shear forces and resist delamination forces between the first and second concrete layers.
IMPROVEMENTS TO A VENTILATED REINFORCED-CONCRETE WALL MODULE FOR CONSTRUCTING BUILDINGS IN GENERAL AND RESPECTIVE INDUSTRIALIZED CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
A ventilated wall module (10) of the type used in civil construction for a range of buildings using pre-fabricated components, such as one-storey homes, large houses, houses, schools, hospitals, industrial sheds, inter alia; the wall module (10) includes a pair of panels (20A) and (30A) that are produced independently of one another by automated, robotic equipment (E1), based on large moving metal surfaces (M1) that slide on rails (T1); said mechanized method (M1) developed for the production of the panels (20A) and (30A) includes an industrialized construction system (SC) for producing each wall module (10) comprising the combination of the coordination and compatibilization of the designs to be implemented with the pre-installation of the complementary components such as electrical boxes (c1) or other necessary elements.
SYSTEM FOR INSULATED CONCRETE COMPOSITE WALL PANELS
A shear connector for use with insulated concrete panels. The shear connector comprises an elongated core member that includes a first end and a second end, and a flanged end-piece removably secured to one of the first end or the second end of the core member. At least a portion of the flanged end-piece includes a maximum diameter that is larger than a maximum diameter of the core member. The shear connector is configured to transfer shear forces.

At least a portion of the flanged end-piece includes a maximum diameter that is larger than a maximum diameter of the core member. The shear connector is configured to transfer shear forces.
THERMALLY BROKEN TRUSS
A thermally broken truss (10) for a cage of a structural building panel, comprising: first and second elongate outer support members (12, 14); first and second elongate intermediate support members (16, 18) interposed between the first and second outer support members (12, 14); at least one first connecting member (20) interconnecting the first outer support member (12) and the first intermediate support member (16); at least one second connecting member (22) interconnecting the second outer support member (14) and the second intermediate support member (18); and a thermally insulative fastener (24) which fastens the first and second intermediate support members (16, 18) together in spaced apart relationship, thereby providing a thermal break between the first and second outer support members (12, 4). A thermally broken structural building panel (40) is also provided.

Modular building system
A prefabricated modular reinforced concrete building system includes panel assemblies for foundations, walls, decks, and roofs designed to be built out in a manufacturing facility, shipped to a job site, and filled with concrete. Panel assemblies incorporate a space frame to ensure structural integrity during shipping and during concrete fill. Space frames can include structural columns, rebar mats, spacers, straps, and skin panels. Panel assemblies may be manufactured to contain architectural interior/external finishes, windows/doors, and pre-installed utility distribution systems.
