A prefabricated modular reinforced concrete building system includes panel assemblies for foundations, walls, decks, and roofs designed to be built out in a manufacturing facility, shipped to a job site, and filled with concrete. Panel assemblies incorporate a space frame to ensure structural integrity during shipping and during concrete fill. Space frames can include structural columns, rebar mats, spacers, straps, and skin panels. Panel assemblies may be manufactured to contain architectural interior/external finishes, windows/doors, and pre-installed utility distribution systems.

Key-Locked and Band-Tightened Rebar Clamping Assemblies
20180355614 · 2018-12-13 ·

A key-locked rebar clamping assembly includes a clamp that may be forced onto the perpendicular intersection of the upper and lower rods of crossed rebar and then held from below with a key. The assembly is readily installed by forcing the clamp over the intersection of the upper and lower rods and forcing the key through a keyway in opposing sides of the clamp. The assembly holds the rods together with the clamp at the top and the key at the bottom regardless of force, vibration, and the like applied to either rod. As the key constrains downward movement of the lower rod away from the clamp and the upper rod, the lower rod will not separate from the upper rod if walked on. The assembly reduces the need to alternate longitudinal adjacent rods between upper and lower positions, thus saving labor costs through the elimination of wire tying and complicated positioning.

Angled threaded rod coupling having mountable pass-through coupler and improvements thereof

An angled coupling including a main pass-through coupler to allow a first threaded rod to pass therethrough and a second coupling extending at angle therefrom to receive second threaded rod. The main coupler is configured to be secured to any location on the first threaded rod without requiring it to be screwed onto first threaded rod. The main coupler includes a first half and a second half spaced from each other that can be secured together at desired location on first threaded rod. The main coupler includes an upper section having a first approximately half of body thereof and corresponding threads and lower section having a second approximately half of body, opposite the first half, and corresponding threads. The first threaded rod is retained in both halves by insertion and rotation until the threaded rod snaps in place and kept fixed with retaining clips.

One-touch coupling clip for coupling reinforcing bars
10053864 · 2018-08-21 · ·

A coupling clip for coupling an upper reinforcing bar and a lower reinforcing bar includes a pair of side members spaced apart from each other and provided to be inclined with respect to the upper reinforcing bar, an upper member having a semicircle-shaped upper reinforcing bar coupling groove, and lower members being formed to vertically protrude from the lower end of each side member and having semicircle-shaped lower reinforcing bar coupling grooves. The side members and the lower members are formed to be inclined, such that a line connecting the upper part of the upper reinforcing bar coupling groove and the lower end of the lower reinforcing bar coupling groove has a vertical distance, and is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the upper reinforcing bar when the one-touch coupling clip is combined to the upper reinforcing bar and the lower reinforcing bar intersecting each other orthogonally.

STUD RAIL WITH ADJUSTABLE STUD MOUNTING
