The present disclosure provides a sump drain apparatus comprising a drain inlet and a ramp coupled to the drain inlet comprising an incline plane configured to divert drainage water toward the drain bowl, wherein at least a portion of the ramp is configured to be positioned on top of a roof deck.

ROOF DRAIN

A roof drain including a flange defining an opening having a central axis, and a throat extending axially from the flange to define a channel having an inner surface therethrough. Where the throat includes a first end generally corresponding with the flange, and a second end opposite the first end, and where the second end is configured to be coupled to a drain outlet. The inner surface of the channel includes a cross-sectional shape taken normal to the central axis, and where the cross-sectional shape continuously and smoothly decreases or remains the same from the first end to the second end.

DRAIN COVER ASSEMBLY

A drain cover assembly. The cover may be used with roof drains or other drains and allow for fluid collection into the drain even with buildup of debris around or on the cover. The cover may have a lower flange or portion with a large area and extending outwardly in an arcuate configuration and having openings for fluid flow. The lower portion may be oriented at a small angle with respect to the horizontal. An upper portion may be connected to the lower portion and may be more vertically-oriented than the lower portion and also extend arcuately and having openings. Locking assemblies may be adjustable to secure the cover to a clamping collar over a drain. The locking assembly may include a base that slidingly engages the collar, and a housing that is secured over the base and to secure the cover to the collar.

DRAINAGE DEVICE FOR A CONSTRUCTION, IN PARTICULAR A ROOF OF A BUILDING OR A TERRACE

Drainage device for a construction, in particular a roof of a building or a terrace, for discharging rainwater, comprising: a drainage head (11) supported on the construction around a flow channel of the latter and defining a recovery space communicating with the outside and with the flow channel; and a mounting means comprising a support or attachment means (23) capable of being engaged inside the discharge channel and abutting against the peripheral wall of the discharge channel and a biasing means (24) which connects the drainage head and the support or attachment means and is capable of acting on the support or attachment means so as to keep the drainage head supported on the outer surface of the construction.

Insert for gutter and downspout

An apparatus for use with a rain gutter and a downspout has a first portion which rests in the rain gutter and includes apertures extending between an exterior and an interior of the insert to allow water to flow from the rain gutter into the interior of the insert when the insert is resting in the rain gutter. The insert further includes a second portion extending downward from the first portion. The second portion includes an interior in fluid communication with the first portion to allow the water to flow from the interior of the first portion through the second portion and into the downspout. The apparatus also includes an adapter plate having an aperture to receive the second portion of the insert such that the second portion of the insert can extend through the adapter plate into the downspout when the apparatus is in the rain gutter.

Device for preventing drain blockage

A device for preventing drain blockage can include a planar base and an upright vane support rotatably supported on the base. The vane support includes a plurality of curved vanes mounted in a radial configuration thereon. The base includes a plurality of raised portions on an upper surface thereof and a cylindrical flange extending downwardly from a bottom surface thereof. The flange can frictionally engage the inner walls of a drain pipe for draining water from the device. A base insert is housed within a circular recess of the base and rotatably supports the vane support. The vanes each include a lower edge in close proximity to the top surface of the base. When wind, rain, or debris strikes the curved vanes, the vane support rotates, and the lower edges of the vanes sweep away any debris accumulating on the base.

ROOF DRAIN OVERFLOW COVER WITH SENSOR
20220316214 · 2022-10-06 ·

The roof drain overflow cover with sensor cooperatively engages and covers a conventional roof drain cap cover to prevent trash from reaching and clogging the conventional roof basket cover and drain. Accumulating trash builds up on the screen of the overflow prevention device causing a doughnut shaped buoy connected to a trash tray to rise. The trash tray is retained to a base with magnets. When the water reaches a predetermined level, the doughnut shaped buoy rises pulling the trash tray away from the base allowing water to flow to the conventional roof drain basket and activating an overflow sensor and a control module. The control module is in communication with the water flow sensor and includes an indicator which is activated when the water flow sensor detects the detachment of the trash tray from the base indicating a potential flooding situation with the roof drainage system.
