SUMP DRAIN APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION
The present disclosure provides a sump drain apparatus comprising a drain bowl, a ramp connected to the drain bowl comprising an incline plane configured to divert drainage water toward the drain bowl, and an attachment flange connected to the ramp and configured to couple the sump drain apparatus to a roof deck, wherein the ramp is configured to be positioned on top of the roof deck and contain sump insulation beneath the ramp and above the roof deck.
Drain retrofit and method
A drain insert assembly is provided for retrofitting or for use with an existing drain bowl received in a roof surface that interconnects with a drain pipe. The drain insert assembly includes a drain insert configured to extend between the roof and the existing drain pipe. The drain insert includes a first, end portion dimensioned for receipt in the existing drain pipe, and a second portion dimensioned to cover an inner surface of the existing drain bowl, and at least one flange extending outwardly from the end portion. An uncured seal material is interposed between the end portion and the existing drain pipe.
Collapsible plug for downspouts
A one-piece shield for temporarily covering the upper inlet of a downspout. The shield includes a single sheet of resilient material, with a pair of tabs that cooperate with a slot in the sheet. The sheet is rolled up to create a tubular portion. One of the tabs is turned into the tubular portion to block the passage into the tubular portion, and the other tab cooperates with the slot to keep the device rolled up, so that the tubular portion blocks entry of debris into the downspout. The device is unrolled after use, and stored flat.
Roof scupper overflow with sensor
The roof scupper overflow with sensor cooperatively engages and replaces a conventional roof opening through a wall or in a corner to prevent trash from reaching and clogging the conventional roof basket and drain. Accumulating trash builds up on the screen of the roof scupper overflow causing a foam float or buoy connected to a trash tray to rise permitting water to run under the trash trap at roof level. The trash tray is retained to a base with magnets. When the water reaches a predetermined level, the foam buoy rises pulling the trash tray away from the base allowing water to flow to the conventional roof drain basket and activating a magnet switch sending a signal to overflow sensor and a control module connected to WIFI service.
Waste Pipe Material Capturing Device
A drainage pipe un-dissolved waste catch assembly includes a panel that has a rear edge, a front edge, a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a top side and a bottom side. The panel has a plurality of apertures therein extending into the top side and through the bottom side. A plate is attached to and extends along the front edge and forms a angle with the top side is between 120 and 150. A coupler is attached to the top side of the panel adjacent to the rear edge and releasably engages a discharge tube such that the panel is positioned below and extends forward of the discharge tube. As waste water flows outwardly of the discharge tube, any un-dissolved materials therein will be retained on the panel.
Roof drain cover
A cover for a drain. The cover may be used with roof drains or other drains and allow for fluid collection into the drain even with buildup of debris around or on the cover. The cover may have a lower portion with a large area extending outwardly at a small enough angle with respect to the horizontal to allow debris buildup thereon. An upper portion may be connected to the lower end and may be more vertically-oriented than the lower portion. Openings in the upper and lower portions allow for fluid drainage therethrough. Drainage occurs even with debris buildup around or on the cover.
Adjustable Roof Drain
An adjustable roof drain for flat and low pitch roofs includes a basin portion and a telescoping basin extension portion. A compression gasket provides a seal between the basin portion and the telescoping basin extension portions of the roof drain. The shape of the compression gasket causes it to be pushed inwardly when compressed so that it seals against the telescoping extension portion to both seal the extension portion and lock it at a selected height.
Roof Drain
The present invention is a roof drain assembly that comprises a dome mounted to a drain body by shock arrestors and a roof clamp that is securable to the drain body. A screen is positioned around the inlet and between the drain body and the dome. The shock arrestors and screen permit the dome to compress against the drain body while simultaneously absorbing the energy from an impact. As the shock arrestors compress, the screen also compresses. The resiliency of the screen and the shock arrestors permit the dome assembly to return to its passive state once the compression force is removed.
Drainage device equipped with an attachment sleeve for construction, particularly a building roof or a terrace
A drainage device is provided. The drainage device includes a drainage head having at least one head portion having an internal collection space and provided with at least one through recovery passage, and an attachment sleeve at least partially deformable. The attachment sleeve can be secured to the drainage head and capable of being inserted inside the flow pipe. The drainage device further includes a compression washer attached on the attachment sleeve and a central screw. The central screw can be movable in relation to the drainage head and threadably engaged with the compression washer to obtain, under the effect of a rotation of the central screw relative to the drainage head, an axial movement of the compression washer on the side of the drainage head and an outward radial deformation of the attachment sleeve.
Debris Clearing System And Method
A debris clearing system for clearing debris from a drain strainer includes a base member having at least one attachment coupler configured to removably attach the base member to the drain strainer, a support frame rotatably coupled to the base member, at least one arm assembly coupled to the support frame, a clearing member coupled to a distal end of the at least one arm assembly. The clearing member being adjacent the exterior surface of the drain strainer when the base member is coupled to the drain strainer. The system includes a drive unit coupled to the support frame to rotate the support frame and the at least one arm assembly relative to the base member. The clearing member clears debris from the exterior surface of the drain strainer when the drive unit rotates the support frame and the at least one arm assembly.
