Special water diverter device for gutters at wall abutments
This is a uniquely designed water diverter device for gutters at wall abutments. The device secures the gutter and provides a seal for preventing water to leak and ooze behind the siding. Thus it prevents rainwater from seeping behind siding or under roofing material, yet at the same time does not allow the buildup of debris which can create a back-up of water or allow the formation of ice dams to exacerbate a back-up of water. The diverter device includes a base structure with a top, bottom, closed end, open end, and a raised rim section extending from a plate with a gutter side and wall side; a cover section; a manner to hold the cover to rim of base; and an adhesive, seal, and fasteners to hold wall face plate of base structure to the face of a wall abutment.
Joist Shielding Assembly
A joist shielding assembly for preventing water from damaging joists includes a pair of deflectors that is configured to position singly over upper edges of adjacently positioned joists, such as in a deck. Each deflector is configured to direct water laterally from a respective adjacently positioned joist so that the water is prevented from contacting the respective adjacently positioned joist. Indicia are coupled to the pair of deflectors. Respective indicia are configured to guide placement of a deck plank so that the deck plank is positioned to couple perpendicularly to the adjacently positioned joists.
Hooking drip edge assembly
A drip edge assembly having an underlying drip edge. A body portion includes first and second ribs extending therealong. The body portion includes an inner edge having a fold and an outer edge that includes a protrusion. A vertical wall extends downward from the body portion and includes a lower kick defining an inwardly-facing channel. An overlying drip edge includes a body portion having first and second ribs extending therealong. The body portion includes an inner edge having a fold and an outer edge that includes a protrusion. A vertical wall extends downward from the body portion and includes a lower kick defining a rearwardly-facing channel. The lower kick of the underlying drip edge is configured to define a pivot axis about which the overlying drip edge rotates during assembly.
Apparatus for diverting water
An apparatus for and method of diverting water is provided. The apparatus includes a contoured bottom configured to engage a roofing surface, a backwall extending from the contoured bottom and first and second sidewalls extending from the contoured bottom. The method involves using the apparatus to engage a roofing surface, receive a flow of water, direct the flow of water, and drain the flow of water through an opening.

Roof curb system and method of installing
The present invention is a curb assembly system for modifying a metal building. The apparatus comprises a plurality of mounting brackets, at least two caps, at least two side rails, at least two end panels, and a plurality of screws. The mounting brackets are placed on support structure of the building, one of the at least two end panels is placed at the low point of the building, one of the at least two side rails is placed on the edge of an existing building panel, the at least two caps are placed a determined distance from each other, another of the at least two side rails is placed parallel to the first side rail, and another of the at least two end panels is placed at the high point of the building, such that there is created a curb comprised of the side rails and caps which can support an device or feature that is secured thereon.
Moldable roof flashing
A roof flashing and a combination of the roof flashing, a roof structure, and a conduit are provided. The roof flashing includes a base and a flexible tube. Both the base and the flexible tube include an elastic water barrier and a plastically deformable shaping material, allowing the base to be molded to the contours of the roof structure and the tube to be shaped to closely fit around the conduit.
Roofing panels with water shedding features
Roofing panels with water shedding features may be installed on the roof of a house or other structure in lieu of or as an underlayment for traditional roofing materials. The water shedding features can be built into a base of the roofing panels, as part of a frame for the roofing panels, or formed as part of a waterproofing layer applied to the base of the roofing panels, or which can be configured as a roofing panel. The roofing panels also can be installed in overlapping courses along a roof with water shedding features applied thereto or incorporated along one or more peripheral edges. The water shedding features of adjacent roofing panels will collect and divert water away from the upper surfaces and/or away from headlap and/or sidelap joints defined between the roofing panels.
CORNER GUTTER DIVERTER
A gutter diverter is disclosed may include providing a base having a generally triangular shaped planar section having a first leg, a second leg, and a third leg positioned at a periphery of the generally triangular shaped planar section. In addition, the gutter diverter may include forming a first attachment tab positioned on the first leg of the base and projecting orthogonally downwardly from the base. The gutter diverter may include forming a second attachment tab positioned on the second leg of the base and projecting orthogonally downwardly from the base. Moreover, the gutter diverter may include forming a diverter plate positioned on the third leg of the base and projecting orthogonally upwardly from the base.
Rake edge
A rake edge for a roof of a building includes a body having a lower portion and an upper portion. A fold is disposed on an inside end of the body. A downwardly extending side shield protrudes orthogonally from the lower portion. A shield edge protrudes outwardly from the side shield at an angle between 5 degrees and 90 degrees from a planar extent of the side shield. A shield edge underlap projects inwardly parallel with the shield edge. A trim portion extends over the upper portion. The trim portion is generally parallel with the upper portion and spaced a predetermined distance therefrom. A trim portion underlap is disposed between the upper portion and the trim portion.
