Gutter mount
The present invention relates to a gutter mount which is particularly for use on outbuildings and temporary structures, such as sheds. The gutter mount comprises an adjustable retaining member for receiving the guttering, allowing the guttering to be retained in the correct position independent of roof angle, and a means of fastening the gutter mount to a structure. Additionally the gutter mount incorporates a design which can be affixed to a structure by hand, obviating the needs for tools and facilitating repositioning of the guttering during installation.
TILTABLE BRACKET FOR A RAIN GUTTER OF A BUILDING
The invention is a tiltable bracket assembly for a rain gutter of a building, the assembly including an elongate clip configured to engage with an edge of the rain gutter; and a support bracket, wherein the support bracket includes a vertical element and a horizontal element, wherein the horizontal element including a hinged flap for a base of the rain gutter; characterised in that the vertical element of the support bracket includes a track for the elongate clip, and wherein the horizontal element of the support bracket includes a slot for the elongate clip. The elongate clip is configured to slide along the vertical element of the support bracket to engage and disengage with the upper rear edge of the rain gutter. When disengaged, the flap can be articulated to facilitate the pivotal movement of the rain gutter. This allows the gutter to be easily emptied or cleared of leaves or snow of the like as required.
Device for fixing a gutter to a building construction, building construction with such a device, fixing member, support member
The invention relates to a device for fixing a gutter to a building construction, and a building construction with such a device, the device comprising: a fixing member for arranging fixedly on the building construction; a support member releasably connectable to the fixing member for supporting the gutter, the support member comprising two connecting elements extending at an angle to each other, wherein: a first connecting element of the two connecting elements is configured to be connected releasably to the fixing member and extends substantially parallel to the building construction, and the second connecting element is configured to be connected to the gutter and extends substantially vertically. The invention further relates to a building construction with a number of such devices, and to such a fixing member and support member.
GUTTER SUPPORTING DEVICE
Disclosed is a device to support a gutter that is extending along a roof fascia. The device includes a vertical support portion, an upper forward portion, a horizontal support portion, and an aperture. The vertical support portion is adapted to support the exterior surface of the gutter. The vertical support portion includes a proximal end and a distal end. The upper forward portion is extending from the proximal end of the vertical support portion adapted to retain a top inner portion of the gutter. The horizontal support portion is extending from the distal end of the vertical support portion adapted to support an underside portion of the gutter. The aperture is defined in the vertical support portion to receive a screw to positionally affix the vertical support portion with respect to the gutter.
Gutter, gutter assemblies and components therefor
A covered gutter system comprising a covered gutter, mounting bracket and fittings a providing an elongate channel in which to receive water from an overhead water feed (such as a roof), wherein the water may from time to time be carrying solid content, said covered gutter comprising: a) a channel formation comprising front and rear walls upstanding from a base region to define a channel, and b) a cover formation extending from the rear wall of the channel formation and over the channel, there being an undercut portion of the cover which, together with an upper edge of the front wall of the channel, defines an elongate mouth opening along the gutter, and wherein said cover formation is adapted to guide water from the water feed through the mouth opening and into the channel, while assisting to deflect solid content away from the mouth opening. A bracket where the inside profile of the bracket corresponds with the outside profile of the covered gutter.
FASTENING SUPPORT FOR HALF ROUND GUTTERS
Fastening support devices and systems for hanging half round gutter include engagement portions for internal engagement with the front and rear of a gutter. A rear face of the device may be configured to provide support to a curved rear gutter wall, such as the rear wall of a half round gutter. The rear face may include a substantially vertical upper portion adjacent a curved lower portion. A support body of the device may include a substantially planar lower surface, two or more internal supports projecting upwardly from the lower surface, and one or more thin walls interconnecting the internal supports and the lower surface. These features provide structural rigidity to the device and support the gutter to resist bending under heavy loads. Additional features of the device provide ease of installation and improved aesthetics of the overall gutter system.
GUTTER BRACKET
A gutter bracket designed for a half round gutter includes a mounting portion with a flat mounting surface positioned behind one or more rear gutter retaining tabs. The gutter bracket includes a gutter supporting portion that is shaped and sized to accommodate the half round gutter. Within the gutter supporting portion there is a rib positioned between two wings that make contact with the half round gutter. The rib is open upwardly between the two wings. A front gutter retaining portion extends forwardly from the gutter supporting portion and has a front gutter retaining tab for bending around the front edge of the half round gutter. These features provide structural strength to support the gutter, especially under heavy loads such as snow. The gutter bracket also improves ease of installation of gutter systems.
