A roofing debris collection apparatus having one or more gutter liners constructed to fit in an interior of a gutter to collect roofing debris; one or more debris chute drapes; and one or more drape support poles to maintain the debris chute drapes in a vertical angled orientation adjacent the gutter to guide roofing debris from a roof to the ground. Roofing debris is allowed to accumulate in the gutter liners or to fall off the roof on to the debris chute drapes and to slide from the debris chute drapes onto a tarp on the ground. The roofing debris is collected and removed by collecting the gutter liners from the gutter and gathering the tarp from the ground. The roofing debris collection apparatus allows for rapid collection and removal of roofing debris and protects the sides of a building from any damage that might be caused by the collection of roofing debris.

Fastening support devices and systems for hanging half round gutter include engagement portions for internal engagement with the front and rear of a gutter. A rear face of the device may be configured to provide support to a curved rear gutter wall, such as the rear wall of a half round gutter. The rear face may include a substantially vertical upper portion adjacent a curved lower portion. A support body of the device may include a substantially planar lower surface, two or more internal supports projecting upwardly from the lower surface, and one or more thin walls interconnecting the internal supports and the lower surface. These features provide structural rigidity to the device and support the gutter to resist bending under heavy loads. Additional features of the device provide ease of installation and improved aesthetics of the overall gutter system.

An assembly for covering a gutter is disclosed which comprises a mounting member for attachment to a fascia or rafter or the like (10; 100) and a cover member (50) for covering and enclosing a gutter. The mounting member provides upper (22; 120) and lower (34;117) engagement means for engagement with corresponding engagement means (58, 62) defined in ends of the cover member. The engagement means of the mounting member include at least one gap or a space defined between two spaced walls for receiving a generally v-shaped end of the cover and at least one of the walls defines a flange/stop for engaging with the end of the cover for retaining the end of the cover between the walls. The cover will typically be formed from a material such as rolled steel, which may be coated painted or otherwise treated so as to be rust-resistant. The engagement means for the cover will typically be a generally v-shaped bend in one end of the over which engages in the slot by compression of the sides of the v together then expansion to engage in the gap/space. The bracket (10) may be generally planar and attach to a fascia board of a roof defining apertures for receiving fasteners in its front face for attachment to the fascia board. Alternatively the bracket (110) may define an attachment plate oriented at an angle of about 90 to the front face of the bracket for attachment directly to rafter, thus obviating the need for a fascia board.
