SOFT TISSUE PROTEIN COMPOSITIONS, METHODS OF MAKING, AND USES THEREOF
Provided herein are soluble soft tissue protein compositions that can contain one or more soft-tissue bioactive factors, methods of making the soluble soft tissue protein compositions, and methods of using the soluble soft tissue protein compositions.
Injectable Protein Product
Moisture is retained in cooked or thawed food by adding to the food an aqueous suspension of animal muscle protein obtained from animal muscle tissue. The aqueous suspension is obtained by mixing comminuted animal muscle tissue with a food grade acid to form an aqueous acidic solution of animal muscle protein. The acidic solution is mixed with a food grade base to precipitate the protein in an aqueous composition. The precipitated protein then is comminuted to form an aqueous suspension of comminuted animal muscle protein.

Process for separation of dry food and feed materials using a tribo-electrostatic separator device
A tribo-electro static separation process and system for the preparation of various food and feed products. A tribo-electric separation process and system for fractionating a feed mixture comprising at least two members of the group of proteins, starches, soluble and insoluble fibers. Namely, supplying a feed mixture comprising at least two of the group of proteins, starches, soluble and insoluble fibers to a tribo-electric separator and simultaneously charging and separating the feed mixture into at least two subfractions, with one of the subfractions enriched in one of protein, starch and fiber and having a composition different than the feed mixture.

Automated method and system for recovering protein powder meal, pure omega 3 oil and purified distilled water from animal tissue
The present invention describes a method and an automatic system for recovering protein powder meal, crude and pure omega-3 oil and purified distilled water from a mixture of animal tissue processed in a filter-drier-reaction tank. Animal tissue, for example fish, and organic solvent are directly or indirectly fed into the filter-drier-reaction tank. The filter-drier-reaction tank mixes, heats, and separates solid and heavy liquid portions of the mixture, the organic solvents are automatically recycled back in to the system after distillation. The solid portion is retained in the filter-drier-reaction tank and baked. Solid protein powder product (the protein powder meal) is thus recovered.

Injectable Protein Product
Moisture is retained in cooked or thawed food by adding to the food an aqueous suspension of animal muscle protein obtained from animal muscle tissue. The aqueous suspension is obtained by mixing comminuted animal muscle tissue with a food grade base to form an aqueous basic solution of animal muscle protein. The basic solution is mixed with a food grade acid to precipitate the protein in an aqueous composition. The precipitated protein then is comminuted to form an aqueous suspension of comminuted animal muscle protein.

ISOELECTRIC SOLUBILISATION OF ANIMAL MATTER
A method of sequential isoelectric solubilisation of animal by-product comprising the steps of isoelectric solubilisation of the animal by-product in one of an acid or alkali solution to provide a first solubilised protein fraction, separating the first solubilised protein fraction from unsolubilised animal by-product, isoelectric solubilisation of the unsolubilised animal by-product to provide a second solubilised protein fraction, and separation of the second solubilised protein fraction from unsolubilised animal byproduct. The protein from the first and/or second solubilised protein fractions is recovered by drying or precipitation. In one embodiment, the acid and alkali soluble protein fractions are proportionally combined to neutralise the composite fraction and precipitate protein.
