AUTOMATED METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RECOVERING PROTEIN POWDER MEAL, OMEGA 3 OIL AND PURIFIED DISTILLED WATER FROM ANIMAL TISSUE
The present invention describes a method and an automatic system for recovering protein powder meal, crude and pure omega-3 oil and purified distilled water from a mixture of animal tissue processed in a filter-drier-reaction tank. Animal tissue, for example fish, and organic solvent are directly or indirectly fed into the filter-drier-reaction tank. The filter-drier-reaction tank mixes, heats, and separates solid and heavy liquid portions of the mixture, the organic solvents are automatically recycled back in to the system after distillation. The solid portion is retained in the filter-drier-reaction tank and baked. Solid protein powder product (the protein powder meal) is thus recovered.
Method for preparation of a protein supplement for animal feed
Method for improving drying of a concentrated acid salmon silage, during preparation of a protein supplement for animal feed, from salmon silage, wherein in a continuous and sequential form includes treating the stored salmon silage through steps of cooking, separation, concentration, drying, grinding, addition of antioxidant, and packing, wherein after the concentration step, the following steps proceed: a) incorporating in a first mixer an amount of concentrated acid salmon silage, and an amount of flour-type carrier, obtaining an homogeneous mixture; b) incorporating in a second mixer an additional amount of concentrated acid salmon silage, an amount from the first mixer, and a fraction of the load coming out of the dryer, the latter as a recycle; c) transferring the mixture formed in the second mixer to a dryer; d) recycling a fraction of the load, equivalent to the amount that can be from 30% to 60% of the output of the second mixer, fraction defined in function of the humidity at the exit of the dryer; e) passing the mixture of the dry product at the exit of the dryer to a cooler, wherein the cooling is performed from 80° C. to 25° C. for 10 to 30 minutes; f) feeding the dry and cooled down product to the steps of grinding, adding an antioxidant, and packing of the protein supplement for animal feed. Also disclosed are the protein supplement and system to improve drying said protein feed.

Method of ecological utilization of silver carp
A method for ecological utilization of silver carp, including the pretreatment of silver carp and the process of making canned fish surimi. The fish meat of silver carp is processed canned surimi. The fish heads and bones are heated and undergo enzymatic hydrolysis by enzymes, and the residues of the filtration are prepared for fish bone powder. A filtration membrane is used to reduce the volume of the filtrate to 50% of fish surimi and then the filtrate is frozen to ice. The frozen part can be added to fish surimi. The transparent part from membrane filtration was used to produce protein powder or ingredients for beverages. Fish offal can be used to produce protein liquid fertilizer. Fish scales and skins can be used to produce collagen. The method adopts ecological utilization, which makes the silver carp meat used effectively, including its processed wastes. The method is a closed cycle process such that that no pollutants or wastes are discharged during the process.

Ether phospholipids and method for producing the same
[PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED] It enables any superior ether phospholipids to the conventional ones and a method for producing the same in an easy manner on a massive scale, in light of effects of treating and improving brain diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson disease, depression and schizophrenia, metabolic diseases such as diabetes, various infectious diseases, and immune disorders. [SOLUTION] Ether phospholipids are obtained from bivalve tissues such as clams and corbicula by extraction processing. The ether phospholipids exhibit significantly superior effects of the above as compared to the conventional ether phospholipids derived from chicken tissues.
FISH PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE POWDER AND A COMPOSITION COMPRISING SAID POWDER FOR USE AS A MEDICAMENT
An enzymatic hydrolysis process for producing a fish protein hydrolysate powder is provided. Further provided is use of the fish protein hydrolysate powder obtained and a composition comprising said powder as a medicament, preferably for the prophylaxis or treatment of oxidative damage of the gastro-intestinal and central nervous system.
PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION OF SEA CUCUMBER PROTEIN PEPTIDES
A preparation method and an application of sea cucumber protein peptides are disclosed. The disclosure develops a preparation method of sea cucumber protein peptides with simple operation and excellent product quality by optimizing raw materials and enzymolysis extraction process of sea cucumber protein peptides. On the one hand, the problem that the deodorization and decolorization effect of the sea cucumber peptide hydrolysate of the prior art is not obvious is solved. On the other hand, the obtained sea cucumber protein peptides can be processed into nutritional supplements and used as raw materials for preparing health care products or cosmetics for enhancing immunity, relieving physical fatigue, resisting oxidation and aging, which has good development and utilization potential.
