The at least one support leg 6 is hinged to the lead rail 5 so that the support leg 6 can be hinged into a first storage section of the lead rail frame 8. The lead rail frame 8 comprises a second storage section 10 for receiving the tension rafter 7 therein, wherein the second storage section 10 comprises an opening 11, wherein either holder 12 is disposed within the opening 11, or the tension rafter 7 is self-clamping into the second storage section 10.
Universal Awning Anchor
A universal awning anchor is an apparatus that supports an awning with various types of ground, such as soil, concrete, and sand. The apparatus includes a head, a first elongated bar, a second elongated bar, a length-adjustable fastener, and an anchor. The head upholds an awning. The first elongated bar and the second elongated bar define the height of the apparatus. The length-adjustable fastener secures the awning onto the head. The head and the anchor are removable and replaceable with the first elongated bar and the second elongated bar, respectively. The first elongated bar and the second elongated bar are telescopically engaged. The anchor that mounts the apparatus into the soil includes a plurality of threads. The anchor that mounts the apparatus onto concrete includes a plate and a plurality of anchoring holes. The anchor that mounts the apparatus into sand includes a first stake and a second stake.
ADJUSTABLE AWNING AND RETRACTABLE CANOPY SYSTEM
Provided is an awning system comprising: a) two vertical tracks; b) two arms, with each arm attached at a first end to one of the vertical tracks, the arm configured to move in :a vertical direction and pivot in relation to the track, each arm further configured to be extendible; c) a cross-bar, with each end of the cross-bar attached to a second end of one of the arms; d) a piece of fabric attached at one end to the cross-bar; and e) a holder placed on top of the tracks for holding a second end of the fabric; wherein the awning fabric is configured to be adjusted in both the vertical and the horizontal direction; wherein a user can move the arms vertically and extend the arms to adjust a position of the fabric. Provided is a retractable canopy system comprising: a) a track; b) a frame movably attached to the track; c) a support attached to the frame; d) a connector movably attached to the support, e) two or more rods attached to the connector; f) a canopy piece attached to the rods; wherein the awning is configured to have a stowed and deployed position that are obtained by moving the frame against the track.
Power distribution post for use in timber frame structures
A kit for a timber frame structure that provides electrical power for lights, fans, and other electrical devices. Pre-wired timber frame components for the kit may comprise support posts, each having a pre-drilled center bore and one or more recessed electrical boxes with weatherproof outdoor covers. Installed in the center bore of each post may be electrical wiring extending to the electrical boxes. The electrical boxes may house switches and outlets that connect to the electrical wiring.
Column for supporting a covering and screen construction comprising such a column
A column (1) for supporting a covering, comprising a core profiled section (2) having a plurality of fitting grooves in its periphery and a plurality of insertion profiled sections (3, 4, 5) which are each interchangeably fittable into each fitting groove, in such a way that the column (1) has a substantially rectangular cross section, each inserted insertion profiled section (3, 4, 5) in each fitting groove forms a corner (10) of the rectangular cross section of the column (1) and each side wall of the column (1) between the insertion profiled sections (3, 4, 5) is formed by the core profiled section (2). The present invention also relates to a screen construction comprising such a column (1).
