Vertical Cable Railing Assembly
A railing system is provided that illustratively includes a first rail and a second rail where the first rail is spaced-apart from the second rail. At least one cable that extends between the spaced-apart first and second rails. The at least one cable includes a stop sleeve disposed about the cable and positioned adjacent an end of the at least one cable. A cable tensioner having a body, a bore disposed through the body, and a stop surface is located adjacent an opening in the cable tensioner. An adapter that includes a body and a bore that extends into the body. The body of the adapter forms a surface located in contact with an underside surface of the top panel of the second rail between the first and second sidewalls of the second rail.
Hidden fastener railing system
A modular block toy and kit that includes a male cubic unit piece having a plurality of faces with a male node extending from each respective face of the plurality of faces, and a female piece having a plurality of faces and corners formed by three intersecting faces, the female piece having a female component formed on a respective face of each of the plurality of faces that is sized and shaped to receive a respective male node enabling connection using any side of the female piece and any side of the male piece, and in which all sides of the female and male pieces with the snapping and interlock design are identical, enabling the pieces to be snapped together using any side of the female or male piece to achieve build out indefinitely in any direction.
FALL PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMERS
A fall protection system for a substation transformer is provided where the substation transformer has a top surface with a lip extending about at least a portion of its periphery. The fall protection system includes a corner mounting assembly configured to couple at or adjacent to a corner of the substation transformer, the corner mounting assembly including a corner mounting element sized to receive a corner post from a rail assembly. A side mounting assembly having a u-shaped bracket is sized to engage the lip, the side mounting assembly having a first clamp positioned to engage the lip, the side mounting assembly further having a side mounting element sized to receive a side post from the rail assembly. The rail assembly includes a plurality of horizontal posts configured to couple with at least one on the corner post or the side post.
Bracket for supporting attachment of the end of a railing member to a vertical member
A railing bracket includes a cup defined by a bottom wall, a first side wall extending from the bottom wall and a second side wall extending from the bottom wall. The cup is configured to support an end of a railing member, and further includes a first bend disposed between the bottom wall and the first side wall and a second bend disposed between the bottom wall and the second side wall. The first side wall defines a first through hole, and the second side wall defines a second through hole, each of the first and second through holes is configured to receive a respective fastener to secure the end of the railing member within the cup. The cup defines at least one notch. A cap is adapted to cover the cup and has a U-shape exposing the bottom wall, a pair of tabs, and a pair of lateral walls adapted to cover the fasteners received by the first and second through holes. At least one of the pair of tabs is configured to be received by the at least one notch to secure the cap to the cup.
WHEELCHAIR RAMPS, HAND RAILINGS, AND MODULAR ACCESSIBILITY SYSTEMS INCORPORATING THE SAME
A modular system including a surface-defining assembly having a plurality of panels. Each panel includes a plate portion, a first connector disposed towards and extending along a first side of the plate portion, and a second connector disposed towards and extending along a second side of the plate portion. The first and second connectors of adjacent panels are configured to engage one another to thereby engage the plurality of panels with one another in side-by-side relation such that the plate portions cooperate to define a continuous surface of the surface-defining assembly.
POST MOUNT CABLE RAIL INSTALLATION SYSTEM
An example post mount system may include a mounting pipe having a plurality of threaded holes for securing at least one hardware item, and a support pipe for fitting over the mounting pipe, where the support pipe includes a plurality of holes that are aligned with the plurality of threaded holes of the mounting pipe.
BRACKET SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INSTALLATION OF HORIZONTAL BALUSTERS
In one example, a baluster bracket for securing a baluster in a perpendicular orientation relative to a support surface includes a button bracket and a tube bracket. The button bracket includes a cylindrical body, wherein an outer surface of the cylindrical body is threaded, and a first aperture defined through the cylindrical body. The tube bracket includes a hollow cylindrical body, wherein an inner surface of the hollow cylindrical body is threaded to engage the outer surface of the cylindrical body of the button bracket.
QUICK DEPLOY VERTICAL CABLE RAILING
A vertical cable railing having a configuration that allows for a more efficient installation. The vertical cable railing includes a top rail and a bottom rail pre-threaded with the cable forming the vertical cable segments of the railing. At installation, a tensioning member or bracket is adjusted to influence a distance between the top rail and the bottom rail, which translates into a tensioning of the individual cable segments.
Post mount cable rail installation system
