DIRECT-INSERTION BALUSTER CONNECTING DEVICE

The present invention discloses a direct-insertion baluster connecting device, including a fence frame and a plurality of balusters uniformly arranged within the fence frame; the fence frame is a square frame jointly consisting of two vertical posts, an upper rail and a lower rail; the fence frame and the balusters are all hollow tubes; and a plurality of rivet nuts are arranged about the lower end of each vertical post. The disclosed direct-insertion baluster connecting device can be used for the installed fence frame formed by the vertical posts, upper rail and lower rail, and then it only needs to directly insert the balusters and make connection in a specified manner. A combination structure of a straight bar and a cross bar of a guardrail is to comprise an embedding opening configured at a position where the cross bar provided for the straight bar to be inserted. A pair of buckle plates is configured inside the cross bar and on the two opposite sides of two sides of the embedding opening, the tail end of the buckle plate has a buckle part, and the buckle part is located within the bore diameter projection range of the embedding opening. The two opposite outer walls on the end part of the straight bar corresponding to the two buckle parts are configured with a horizontal snapping slot, and when the straight bar is inserted into the cross bar, the buckle part is embedded into the snapping slot. At the interior of the cross bar, a pair of stopping plates is extending from the inner wall of the cross bar away from the end of the embedding opening and at an adjacent side of the buckle part. The tail end of the stopping plate also falls within the bore diameter projection range of the embedding opening and the stopping plate enables the end part of the straight bar to be supported and positioned. Based on the above configuration, the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail can be assembled easily with tight and stable combination and no residual gaps are left.

The tail end of the buckle plate has a buckle part, and a distal end of the buckle part is located within a bore diameter projection range of the embedding opening. The extending direction of the buckle part is away from the embedding opening. Based on the above configuration, when the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail are assembled, the clamping force of two corresponding buckle plates enable the two corresponding buckle parts to strongly buckle the corresponding outer walls of two sides of the straight bar. The configuration is easily assembled and has tight stability and no residual gaps are left.
