Movable screen
A movable screen for outdoor use, which can be folded when not in use, the movable screen is provided with a fixed bottom element and two movable elements, which slide vertically with respect to the fixed element. Each element is made of a transparent panel constrained by a frame made up of two vertical uprights. The movable screen has each one of the two movable elements being movable between a first and a second position, in which each one of the movable elements remains stable both in the first and second position without needing user interventions and in which the movable elements lifting occurs without user efforts but by using a gas spring. The screen has a very low visual impact, and allows a very safe and easy lifting and lowering operations of the screen movable portions.
ARRANGEMENT FOR SECURING A PANEL IN A RAIL BY TIGHTENING OUTER WEDGES FROM AN INNER SIDE OF THE PANEL
The invention relates to an arrangement for securing a vertical panel (14) in a longitudinal groove (28), the panel (14) comprising an inner face (20) and an outer face (22), the securing being carried out by transverse clamping between transversely opposed wedges (36A, 36B; 38A, 38B), the arrangement comprising: an upper outer wedge (38A) and a lower outer wedge (38B) which are each positioned between an outer face (34) of the groove (28) and the outer vertical face (22) of the panel (14); at least two movable transmission members (62A, 62B) which are each capable of transmitting a sliding force to an associated outer wedge (38A, 38B), the force being applied from an inner side (24) of the panel (14); the arrangement is characterized in that the upper and lower outer wedges (38A, 38B) slide vertically upwards from the released position thereof to the clamped position thereof above the released position.
Wall Supporting Device
A wall supporting device, for supporting a wall segment, has a base portion, above which the wall segment is locatable. The base portion is for receiving a lighting device, and has a top surface on which a portion of the lighting device is restable. The device also has an arm portion, extending from the base portion, to which the wall segment is securable. A gap is defined between the portion of the lighting device resting on the top surface and a side surface of the device.
WATERTIGHT ANCHORING FOR FASTENING ELEMENTS TO A BUILDING AND ASSOCIATED WORKING METHOD
Watertight anchoring (2) for securely fastening elements (3, 4) to a building (1), comprising abase or support {6) anchored in a supporting structure (7) of the building (1); a heat-insulating layer (17}; a first watertight layer (25) applied over the heat-insulating layer (17} and the base or support (6); a bearing structure (28) fixed to the base or support (6) and a second watertight layer (38) applied over parts of the aforementioned bearing profiles (29) and over parts (39) of the first watertight layer (25) that, are adjacent to the respective bearing profiles (29).
Coloured laminated glass
A decorative laminated glass includes a first glass sheet, a second glass sheet, and a colored lamination interlayer between the first glass sheet and the second glass sheet. A coating is positioned between the first glass sheet and the lamination interlayer, and in direct contact with the first glass sheet. The coating is formed by the series of the following layers, starting from the surface of the first glass sheet: optionally, a first stack of dielectric layers; a layer based on titanium oxide having a thickness of from 5 to 70 nm; and optionally, a second stack of dielectric layers.
ANCHOR AND RAILING ASSEMBLY
A combined anchor and fastener that includes an anchor baseplate having at least one throughbore extending between a top surface and a bottom surface of the anchor baseplate. An elongated post is coupled to the anchor baseplate with an at least partially threaded, internal cylindrical bore for receipt of a mechanical fastener which extends between a first end and a second end of the post whereupon the post internal bore is in alignment and registry with the throughbore of the baseplate. The post includes a second end portion depending from the bottom surface of the anchor baseplate such that the bottom surface of the anchor baseplate is configured to abut and lie generally flush against a portion of a concrete structure apart from a portion which is covered by the post second end portion. The disclosure includes further embodiments as well as a method of anchoring and fastening an object to a concrete structure.
Device for securing a panel in a groove by tightening wedges arranged on one side of the panel
A device for securing a panel in a groove is provided. The securing device includes a cradle housed in the groove comprising a sole bearing on the bottom of the groove and a vertical outer flange interposed transversely between an outer face of the panel and a face of the groove; a first upper wedge which is interposed between a fixed upper ramp of the groove and an inner face of the panel; and a second lower wedge which is interposed transversely between a fixed lower ramp of the groove and the inner face of the panel. The lower ramp is carried by an inner vertical flange of the cradle.
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE MOUNTING SYSTEM
A system for mounting an accessory structure to another structure includes: an anchor baseplate assembly, an object-mounting assembly, and an object-mounting fastener. The anchor baseplate assembly includes a baseplate and holes passing through the baseplate. The object-mounting assembly includes an opening passing through the object-mounting assembly, as well as a smooth-walled port passing through the object-mounting assembly. The object-mounting fastener is positioned in the opening of the object-mounting assembly and is fixated to the anchor baseplate assembly. The object-mounting assembly is attached to the anchor baseplate assembly by the object-mounting fastener. The smooth-walled port in the object-mounting assembly is in registry with one of the holes in the anchor baseplate assembly.
Adaptable panel mounting system
A panel mounting system for mounting a linear panel structure on a surface, having a plurality of posts, each having a base plate with mounting surfaces for surface attachment and a vertical extension having a lateral support beam perpendicular to a panel-receiving cross beam; first and second opposing semi-circular channels within first and second ends of the panel-receiving cross beam, wherein each channel forms a channel angle of 45 to 135 degrees relative to the lateral support beam; a hollow, circular cylindrical insert insertable into each channel; and a panel mountable between each pair of adjacent posts, each end of the panel insertable into a corresponding insert.
System and method for plate alignment
