A casing bead apparatus includes a base panel with at least one opening through the base panel. With the apparatus mounted at a vertical wall, the base panel is disposed along the vertical wall. A stop bead wall extends from the base panel. The stop bead wall includes a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and a flange at a distal end of the stop bead wall distal from the base panel and extending partially over the base panel. A spacing element is disposed at the second side of the stop bead wall. An adhesive element is disposed at the spacing element. With the apparatus mounted at the vertical wall, the adhesive element engages a horizontal surface perpendicular to the vertical wall to adhesively attach the apparatus at the horizontal surface and the spacing element is disposed between the stop bead wall and the horizontal surface.

Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing an absorbent article of the above-mentioned type.

A drywall corner assembly includes a trim unit that has a first portion which is perpendicularly oriented with a second portion thereby facilitating the trim unit to be installed on an outside corner of a framed wall intended for receiving drywall installation. A pair of screw plates is each integrated into a respective one of the first portion and the second portion of the trim unit to accommodate a fastener for attaching the trim unit to framing members of the framed wall. A sheet is bonded to the trim unit and the sheet extends substantially across each of the first portion and the second portion of the trim unit. The sheet is aligned with an exposed surface of drywall installed on the framed wall to facilitate joint compound to be laid between the drywall and the sheet.

The wall bead comprises a central longitudinally extending portion (102) having first and second longitudinal edges; first and second planar panels (104, 106) extending from the first and second edges respectively; and first and second connection portions (108, 110) extending from the first and second panels respectively. The first and second connection portions each comprise a plurality of teeth (114) protruding therefrom. The first and second panels (104, 106) each comprise a flexible mesh such that they are arranged to conform to a contour of a wall surface. The wall bead is adapted to be flexible to suit the needs of varying shapes, angles and surface profiles of a wall, while having a simple and robust attachment mechanism.

An adjoining, substantially perpendicular, boundary leg (6) forms a contact surface for the tiles and each of the front ends (12) of the boundary leg forms a contact surface provided with a receiving opening (13) for receiving a connecting element (4). At least one corner connecting piece (3) is configured to visually connect the front ends (12) of the boundary legs of three profiles (2). At least two connecting elements (4) are configured so that one exposed end is inserted into the receiving opening (13) of a profile (2) for terminating installed tiles and an other exposed end is inserted into the receiving recess (24) of a corner connecting piece (3).

Heat-applied gap finishing tape

A gap finishing tape for use with drywall applications includes a trim strip body extending along a central body axis, a hot melt adhesive extending along the central body axis, and a backing paper. The trim strip body includes a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, a first side, and a second side opposite the first side, and is at least partially constructed from a metallic material. The backing paper is at least partially secured to the second surface of the trim strip body. The trim strip body is at least partially embedded in the hot melt adhesive.
