A ventilation screed comprising a perforated attachment flange portion that is substantially vertical and at least one perforation between the top end and the bottom end; a first substantially horizontal flange portion attached to the top end of the perforated attachment flange at the first end; a first vertical flange portion attached at a point along a mid-section to the second end of the first substantially horizontal flange portion and having a first return leg; a second vertical flange portion attached to the underside of the first substantially horizontal flange portion along a mid-section and having a second return leg; a stepped flange portion attached to the top end of the first vertical flange portion; at least two drain vent openings in the first substantially horizontal flange portion between the first return leg and the second return leg.

The disclosure provides example drainage channels, drainage systems, building walls and methods. An example drainage channel includes a drainage panel for conveying water within a building wall. The drainage panel is impermeable and has a first end and a second end. A support panel is coupled to the first end or the second end of the drainage panel such that the support panel is configured to be arranged vertically relative to the building wall. The drainage panel is configured to be arranged either perpendicular to an exterior sheathing of the building wall or angled downward from the first end of the drainage panel toward both the second end of the drainage panel and the exterior sheathing of the building wall.

A casing bead having a U-ish or J-ish shape comprises, consists essentially of, or consists of an item, e.g., sheet metal, formed in a bent shape. The shape is formed of a first section, followed by a second section, a third section, and a fourth section. Alone, the casing bead's first and fourth sections have interior uninterrupted facing surfaces, and the second section is substantially perpendicular to the first and fourth sections.

A convective weep screed for draining water that penetrates exterior cladding of an exterior wall of a building away from the building and for removing moisture located in the space between the weather resistant barrier of the wall and the exterior cladding and for providing ventilation to the space between the weather resistant barrier and the exterior cladding. The weep screed provides a pathway to the space between the weather resistant barrier and the exterior cladding to permit water/moisture/moisture vapor that collects there to drain therefrom and to permit air to gain access to said space, thereby providing an uninterrupted pathway for air to ventilate and dry said space.

A termination assembly comprises a termination member and a drainage assembly. The termination member includes a base interconnecting a connecting flange and a supporting flange, and the base is configured and arranged to receive a portion of a wall between the connecting flange and the supporting flange. The drainage assembly includes a drainage member operatively connected to the base, and the drainage member creates a void to facilitate drainage and ventilation.

The present disclosure is directed to casing accessories for use with multi-component wall systems. Some of the casing accessories of the present disclosure can include a mounting bracket to attach the accessory to a wall structure and a channel formed in part by a spacer that can be adjusted to adjust the channel width in order to encase components of multi-component wall systems that can vary in width from one installation to another. In another aspect, some of the casing accessories can include one or more drainage canals that direct water from one part of the casing accessories to another. In another aspect, some of the casing accessories can impede fire propagation through multi-component wall systems.
