Method for laying wall cladding sheet
A method for laying wall cladding sheet mainly have following steps, placing an auxiliary line, drilling a mounting hole according to the auxiliary line, placing an expansion casing in the mounting hole, placing, adjusting and fastening a first trim strip to the wall, placing a first EPE foam to appress the wall, placing a first wall cladding sheet to appress the first EPE foam, placing and adjusting a second trim strip to fasten the first wall cladding sheet to appress the first EPE form to the wall, placing a second EPE foam to appress the wall, placing a second wall cladding sheet to appress the second EPE foam, placing and adjusting a third trim strip to fasten the second wall cladding sheet to appress the second EPF foam to the wall.
PANELIZED STRUCTURAL BUILDING SYSTEM
One variation of a panelized structural building system includes, a set of wall panels, each including: an outer face; a set of hardpoints, each arranged proximal a corner of the outer face, defining a lateral wall panel datum facing outwardly from a side of the wall panel, and defining an exterior façade mount facing outwardly from the outer face; and a load-bearing structure extending between the set of hardpoints and inset from a maximal wall panel perimeter defined by the set of hardpoints; wherein the set of wall panels are assemblable into a wall with lateral wall panel datums—defined by hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—abutting to laterally space the set of wall panels along the wall. The system also includes a set of exterior façade panels configured to install onto exterior façade mounts—defined hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—to conceal outer faces of these wall panels.
VENTILATION MEMBER AND WALL MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE
Provided is a ventilation member suitable for ensuring the ventilation of a ventilation layer provided on the back side of a wall material. A ventilation member X according to the present invention is a ventilation member that can be attached to a wall material, and includes a fixed plate portion 10, a top plate portion 20, a partition plate portion 30, a bottom plate portion 40, a front plate portion 50, and a first baffle plate portion 61. The fixed plate portion 10 has a first surface that abuts against a building framework, and a second surface on a side opposite to the first surface, and includes a first end portion 13 located on one side in a state in which the ventilation member X is attached to the wall material, and a second end portion 14 located on another side. The top plate portion 20 extends from the first end portion 13 of the fixed plate portion 10 on the second surface side. The partition plate portion 30 extends from the top plate portion 20 in a direction from the first end portion toward the second end portion of the fixed plate portion 10. The bottom plate portion 40 extends from the partition plate portion 30 in a direction away from the fixed plate portion 10. The front plate portion 50 extends from the bottom plate portion 40 in a direction from the second end portion toward the first end portion of the fixed plate portion 10. The first baffle plate portion 61 extends from the front plate portion 50 to the partition plate portion 30 side. The bottom plate portion 40 has a first hole 42. A wall material construction structure Y1 according to the present invention includes such a ventilation member X.
MODULAR PANELS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF ASSEMBLY
A panel and panel system for wall cladding is disclosed. The panel comprises an exterior face; and a reveal face, comprising: a top reveal plane extending at a top edge of the exterior face; and a side reveal plane extending at a side edge of the exterior face, the side reveal plane having a top alignment tab at a top end of the side reveal plane and a bottom alignment tab at a bottom end of the side reveal plane, the exterior face elevated from the reveal face. The panel further comprises a top protrusion extending from the top reveal plane; and a bottom protrusion extending at a bottom edge of the exterior face.
SIDING WITH INTEGRATED RAINSCREEN FOR CONCRETE WALL OR BLOCK CONSTRUCTION
A wood or manufactured wood-composite based siding used on concrete wall or concrete masonry unit (CMU, or block) construction (including, but not limited to, insulated concrete form construction) with an integrated rainscreen feature. The rainscreen feature or component is applied to, or integrated into or with, the back of the siding (i.e., the inner surface) during the manufacturing process, or in a secondary process thereafter. The features may include raised elements, strips, ridges, or wedges, with one or more channels or spaces. No job-site assembly is required, thereby reducing time and cost.
CONSTRUCTION OF AN ARCH
A frame for retaining one or more masonry slips is provided. The one or more masonry slips each have at least two slots formed on at least two sides thereof. The frame includes a supporting structure including a back plate, and is configured to house two or more masonry slips, and two or more face rails positioned on the back plate of the supporting structure. Each face rail is configured to house at least one masonry sup, and includes a projection directed away from the back plate of the supporting structure, and a retaining element positioned at the end of the projection so that the retaining element is approximately parallel to the back plate of the supporting structure, and the retaining element is configured to be positioned within one of the two slots formed on the sides of the masonry slip.
UNIVERSAL Z-Z CHANNEL FOR MOUNTING WALL PANELS TO EXISTING WALL
Disclosed is a system of cladding along an existing exterior wall of a building featuring a plurality of Z-shaped components deployed in a parallel spaced apart arrangement, with an insulation panel in between two of the Z-shaped components. The Z-shaped components having a J-wall to enforce a moisture gap between exterior wall paneling and insulation. The Z-shaped components may feature Edge-components when the line of insulation panels needs to be interrupted or when it reaches a corner or edge of a wall.

Method and Apparatus for a Wall Panel System
An apparatus and method for a wall panel system having a plurality of wall panels arranged within a framework. The wall panels may include a plurality of retention devices releasably engaging the framework to position the wall panels relative to the wall panel system. One or more of the retention devices may be actuated to engage and disengage from the framework. The wall panel system may include trim releasably engaging the framework.
Support Assembly and/or Aesthetic Element for Surface
A support assembly has a first support-attachment structure configured to be attachable to (with) a surface of a wall. The support assembly is also has a second support-structure attachment configured to face away from the surface of the wall when the first support-attachment structure is attached to (with) the surface of the wall. An esthetic element has a presentation surface. The aesthetic element also has an aesthetic-attachment structure configured to be coupled with the second support-structure attachment of the support assembly. This is done in such a way that the aesthetic element positions the presentation surface so that the presentation surface upstages (at least in part) the surface of the wall.
