INSULATED WALL PANEL
The invention is related to a method of manufacturing a wall panel and a wall panel system. The method includes forming a glass-fiber reinforced cementitious layer including the steps of: pouring or injecting a slurry of uncured cementitious product into a mold, embedding glass fiber reinforcing material therein, and curing the cementitious product to obtain a cured cementitious product having a first side and a second side; and applying, to the second side of the cured cementitious product, an insulation layer, the insulation layer comprising a foam.

Method of installing a steel stud anchor
A metal anchoring fastener fastens millwork onto walls constructed with wall cladding fastened to steel studs. The load typical of a loaded cabinet is borne by the steel stud anchors owing to the mate between the profile of the steel stud anchor and the layers of millwork and wall cladding and steel stud that said anchor penetrates. The pitch of the thread adorning the profile of the steel stud anchor progresses non-linearly along the length of said shaft, the shaft is generally non-linear in profile, and the thread profile is non-uniform along the length of said shaft. The anchor can also support a secondary screw concentrically penetrating the void at the center of the anchor, in order to hang loads from a wall, with or without millwork. Predrilling of the holes can enable installation of these zinc anchors.
MOUNTING MEMBER AND BUILDING WALL STRUCTURE
Provided are a mounting member and a building wall structure that allow a mounting operation to be performed with ease. A mounting member 10 can be equipped with an abutment member 30. The mounting member 10 includes a substrate portion 11, a wall portion 12, a protruding portion 13, a supporting portion 14, a first locking portion 15, and a second locking portion 16. The wall portion 12 protrudes from one side edge 11A of the substrate portion 11 relative to the substrate portion 11. The protruding portion 13 protrudes from the other side edge 11B side of the substrate portion 11 to the same side as the wall portion 12, and has a length L13 of protrusion from the substrate portion 11 shorter than the length of protrusion of the wall portion 12 from the substrate portion 11. The abutment member 30 includes a mounting portion 31 that can be fixed onto at least one of the substrate portion 11 and substantially the same plane 8P as the substrate portion 11 from the protruding portion 13 side, an erect piece 32 that is provided erecting in a direction intersecting the mounting portion 31, and that protrudes toward the side opposite to the substrate portion 11, and a clamping portion 33 that is formed as a single piece with the mounting portion 31, and that is capable of clamping the protruding portion 13 from a direction intersecting the substrate portion 11.
A CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM FOR WALL CLADDING
A construction system (1) for wall cladding having uprights (2) and cross-members (3) to be held between two uprights not aligned vertically, in which the cross-members (3) have two opposing terminals (33) of a deformable material with two bends. The uprights (2) have an anchor (22) where terminals (33) of the cross-members can be attached, with the anchor, for this purpose, having, for each terminal (33), at least two entry parts (A, B) arranged spatially to maintain the relationship with the two bends (a, b) of the terminal, with each bend insertable into one of the entry parts, first requiring elastically deforming one terminal (33) or the upright such that the bends are pressed against the entry parts. The system can be completed with a series of cladding pieces (10) prepared to be suspended from one or more cross-members (3) at the same time.
WALL OR CEILING PANEL AND WALL OR CEILING ASSEMBLY
A wall or ceiling panel, which, on one side edge, comprises a male coupling part and, on an opposite side edge, comprises a female coupling part. The male coupling part comprises a tongue and the female coupling part comprises a groove. The groove is bordered by a front lip and a rear lip, with the characteristic that the panel forms a ceiling-high wall panel and/or has a length of at least 2400 mm.
COVER FOR A BUILDING WALL WITH AT LEAST TWO PLATE-SHAPED COMPONENTS
A cover (1), and a building wall (2) with the cover (1), has at least two plate-shaped structural components (3a, 3b) with top (front) and rear sides (4, 5) arranged at least largely in parallel to the building wall (2). The plate-shaped structural components (3a, 3b) are fastened at spaced locations to the building wall (2) by one or more support element (8). Narrow side (end) surfaces (6) of the plate-shaped structural components (3a, 3b) are arranged obliquely between the front and rear sides (4, 5) of the plate-shaped structural components (3a, 3b). The two plate-shaped structural components (3a, 3b) are arranged in relation to one another such that the oblique narrow side surfaces (6) of the plate-shaped structural components (3a, 3b) are arranged plane-parallel and overlap each other in an overlapping area (9) in at least some sections.
WALL PANEL
A wall panel may have a rigid layer, a first insulation layer made from a two-part rigid urethane pour foam, and a second insulation layer made from a phase change material. The first insulation layer maybe chemically bonded to the rigid layer and may also be bonded to the phase change layer. The first insulation layer may be positioned between the second insulation layer and the rigid layer. The rigid layer may be a finished surface or a veneer layer may be applied to the rigid layer.
Bracket anchor for fastening a facing in a supporting wall, and web plate of a bracket anchor
A bracket anchor for fastening a facing to a supporting wall has a bracket head for fastening the bracket anchor to the supporting wall, a web plate, a support element for supporting the facing, and a pressure element for transmitting pressure from the bracket anchor to the supporting wall. The support element and the pressure element are secured to the web plate. The entire web plate is formed from a single plate of constant wall thickness. The web plate includes a tension strut and a compression strut which are connected to one another only at their ends facing the support element and at most over half of the projecting length of the bracket anchor.
