Method and apparatus for producing a decorative surface
A method for producing a decorative and structured surface with different gloss levels by feeding of a workpiece to a lacquer application device, application of a first liquid lacquer layer over an entire surface with a coarse structure in which a difference in thickness between thicker areas and thinner areas is at least 50 μm, in order to apply a second lacquer layer on the first lacquer layer wherein after curing the second lacquer layer has a different gloss level than the first lacquer layer.
Decorative surface covering element, surface covering element covering, and method of producing such a decorative surface covering element
The invention relates to a decorative surface covering element, in particular a floor panel, ceiling panel or wall panel. The invention also relates to a panel covering, such as a floor covering, ceiling covering or wall covering, comprising a plurality of panels according to the invention. The invention further relates to a method of producing a decorative surface covering element according to the invention.
A BRICK SLIP PANEL AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURE A BRICK SLIP PANEL
Invention relates to brick slip panels and manufacture method of the brick slip panels to provide the appearance of a brick wall.
The present invention is a brick slip panel (14) adapted to be mounted on a building structure to form at least a portion of the outer walls of the building structure. The brick slip panel (14) comprises brick slips (1), wherein each brick slip (1) comprises a groove (7) is in a form of a dovetail. In the groves (7) of the brick slips (1), an anchoring members (8) are inserted. The brick slip panel (14) further comprises glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC) panel (12), onto which the brick slips (1) are attached by means of the anchoring member (8) and a mortar (16) is arranged between the brick slips (1) covering a space between the adjacent brick slips (1).
A GLASS FIBRE REINFORCED CONCRETE PANEL
Invention relates to glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC) panels resembling a brick wall. The present invention is a panel (1) made of glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC), wherein a inorganic colouring pigment is added to the GRC to acquire distinctive colouring of the GRC panel. A thickness of the GRC panel is in the range from 10 mm to 60 mm, preferably from 10 to 25 mm. A front face (2) of the GRC panel (1) is profiled so to resemble a bricked wall with a brick surfaces (4) and grooves (5) therebetween, wherein a mortar (10) is filled in the grooves (5).
COVERING ELEMENT, METHOD FOR DECORATING A COVERING ELEMENT, AND MACHINE FOR DECORATING A COVERING ELEMENT
A set comprising a plurality of covering elements for floors and/or walls, wherein each covering element comprises an upper surface having a pattern and at least one distressed upper edge, wherein at least two covering elements of the set comprises substantially the same pattern, and wherein the shape of the distressed upper edge differs in each covering element of the set.
