CLADDING SYSTEM
A cladding system for covering an exterior wall is provided. The cladding system includes a panel for assembling on the exterior wall and an anchor for securing the panel to the exterior wall. The panel has a body with channels formed on a rear side thereof for draining water on an interior surface of the channel which is spaced away from the exterior wall. The anchor comprises tabs for fitting in to the channels and preventing a pull-out and/or a push-in of the panel relative to the exterior wall. The anchor cooperates with the panel to direct water into the drainage channels, and to define a continuous drainage path from top to bottom of the cladding system.
CUTTABLE CLADDING PANEL WITH A MATCHING PATTERN, USE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a cuttable cladding panel with a matching pattern, the use, and the design method thereof. The cladding panel comprises an irregular pattern (10) of elongated lines, veins, and/or strips; transverse cutting lines (20) all of them cutting through the pattern at identical transverse intersecting points symmetrical with respect to a longitudinal axis of symmetry (SL); pairs of longitudinal cutting lines (30) symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis of symmetry (SL), each pair of longitudinal cutting lines cutting through the pattern at identical longitudinal intersecting points; with said cutting lines crossing one another at corner points (P); wherein each transverse intersecting point (21) is at the same distance from a corner point (P) as a corresponding longitudinal intersecting point (31); with two parts obtained by cutting the cladding panel (1) along any cutting line having a matching and continuous irregular pattern (10).
FRAME FOR A WALL PANEL, WALL PANEL, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
The present disclosure relates generally to siding, for example, suitable for covering a wall surface. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a frame for a wall panel. The frame includes a support strip extending in a lateral direction across the width of the wall panel and has first and second ends. The frame also includes a row of columns extending in a first direction from the support strip. Each column includes a proximal end attached to the support strip and a free distal end. The row of columns includes a first column disposed at a first end of the row of columns and laterally offset from the first end of the support strip, and a second column disposed at a second end of the row of columns and laterally offset from the second end of the support strip.
Method and apparatus for wall planks
A wall tile adapted to be molded from materials, including PVC composition material, and comprising: a planar top panel, which comprises an urethane stain shield, a second planar panel which comprises a first Polyvinyl chloride composition, a third planar panel which comprises a composite material having 3D printing on it, a Fourth planar panel which comprises a webbed fiberglass composition, a fifth planar panel which comprises a magnetic substrate, a sixth planar panel which comprises a second Polyvinyl chloride composition, and a seventh panel which comprises a self-adhesive composition.
WALL PANEL
A wall panel may have a rigid layer, a first insulation layer made from a two-part rigid urethane pour foam, and a second insulation layer made from a phase change material. The first insulation layer maybe chemically bonded to the rigid layer and may also be bonded to the phase change layer. The first insulation layer may be positioned between the second insulation layer and the rigid layer. The rigid layer may be a finished surface or a veneer layer may be applied to the rigid layer.
COVERING ELEMENT, METHOD FOR DECORATING A COVERING ELEMENT, AND MACHINE FOR DECORATING A COVERING ELEMENT
Set comprising a plurality of covering elements for floors and/or walls, wherein each covering element comprises an upper surface having a pattern and at least one distressed upper edge, wherein at least two covering elements of the set comprises substantially the same pattern, and wherein the shape of the distressed upper edge differs in each covering element of the set.
PLANK SIDING
A method of painting metal coil for use in forming panels includes placing indicia on opposite sides of an image on the metal coil. The individual sections of the metal coil that include the image can be rotated 180 to create two different looking panels out of the same image on the printed metal coil.
Organic fiber toughened inorganic composite artificial stone panel and preparation method thereof
An organic fiber toughened inorganic composite artificial stone panel and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The panel includes a surface layer, an intermediate organic fiber toughened layer and a toughened base layer. The surface layer includes the following components: 40-70 parts of quartz sand, 20-30 parts of quartz powder, 20-45 parts of inorganic active powder, 0.5-4 parts of pigment, 0.1-3 part of water reducing agent and 3-10 parts of water. The intermediate organic fiber toughened layer includes the following components: 40-60 parts of inorganic active powder, 45-65 parts of sand, 0.8-1.5 parts of water reducing agent, 6-14 parts of water and 4-8 parts of organic fiber. The toughened base layer includes the following components: 30-50 parts of inorganic active powder, 30-55 parts of quartz sand, 15-20 parts of quartz powder, 0.5-1.2 parts of water reducing agent, 4-8 parts of water and 0.8-2.5 parts of toughener.
