WALL PANEL
A wall panel may have a rigid layer, a first insulation layer made from a two-part rigid urethane pour foam, and a second insulation layer made from a phase change material. The first insulation layer maybe chemically bonded to the rigid layer and may also be bonded to the phase change layer. The first insulation layer may be positioned between the second insulation layer and the rigid layer. The rigid layer may be a finished surface or a veneer layer may be applied to the rigid layer.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A DECORATIVE WORKPIECE AND WORKPIECE
The inventions relates to a method for producing a decorative workpiece with a structured surface comprising the following steps: (B) applying a first liquid lacquer having a coarse structuring over the entire surface, wherein a difference in thickness between thicker regions and thinner regions is at least 50 m, in particular at least 100 m; (E) applying a second liquid, at least partially transparent lacquer for producing a fine structuring in some regions.
Furthermore, an apparatus for performing the method and a workpiece produced by the method are claimed.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A DECORATIVE SURFACE
A method for producing a decorative and structured surface with different gloss levels is disclosed, which comprises the following steps: feeding of a workpiece (1.0) to a lacquer application device, application of a first liquid lacquer layer (1.4) over the entire surface with a coarse structure in which a difference in thickness between thicker areas and thinner areas is at least 50 m, in particular at least 100 m, in particular digital spraying of droplets on partial areas of the first lacquer layer (1.4) on the workpiece (1.0), preferably with an, at least partially transparent, lacquer in order to apply a second lacquer layer (1.5) on the first lacquer layer (1.4), wherein after curing the second lacquer layer (1.5) has a different gloss level than the first lacquer layer (1.4).
Further disclosed is an apparatus for carrying out the method according to the invention.
Method for producing a structured surface
A method for producing a decorative surface on a workpiece (1) is disclosed, the method comprising the following steps: - feeding (S10) of the workpiece (1) coated with a liquid layer (2) to a digital printing station; - application (S12) of an agent capable of at least partially absorbing electromagnetic radiation, at least on a partial area of the surface of the liquid layer (2), or which, in contact with the surface, produces a reaction product which is capable of at least partially absorbing electromagnetic radiation; - irradiation (S14) of the surface of the liquid layer (2) and of the agent with electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength of less than 300 nm, preferably less than 250 nm, particularly preferably less than 200 nm. Furthermore, an apparatus (1) for carrying out this method is disclosed.
Tile with texture
A tile for wall, floor or ceiling covering that includes a first layer consisting of metal, a second layer consisting of enamel that is chemically bonded to the first layer, a third layer consisting of an image in glass ink printed onto the second layer, and one or more overlay layer printed onto the third layer, using that same image, and which only partially covers the third layer such that texture is given to the surface of the tile and a more realistic impression of said image is created.
Method manufacturing for decorative construction plate
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decorative construction plate, the method including subjecting a metal siding material including: a metallic substrate on which a recess-projection pattern having a height difference of 0.5 mm or more is formed and on which an ink receiving layer formed from a resin composition is provided; a core material; and a back-side material, to flame treatment by exposing the metal siding material to flame with an output of 250 kJ/h to 12000 kJ/h per 10-mm width of a flame port of a burner so that the surface temperature of the substrate does not exceed 300 C., followed by performing inkjet printing using an active ray curable ink.
MANUFACTURED BUILDING PANEL ASSEMBLY
A method of fabricating panels includes providing an insert having an interior portion with a top portion and a positioning stop opposite the top portion, and an exterior portion including a fastener hem. Further, the method includes placing the insert in a mold such that only the fastener hem and the positioning stop contact the mold and centering the insert in the mold with the top portion and the positioning stop. The method also includes filling the mold with a casting material such that the interior portion is submerged in the casting material including the top portion, but some of the positioning stop is not submerged in the casting material, curing the casting material to form a panel on the insert, and removing the panel form the mold.
WALL PANELING SYSTEM
The present invention provides a wall paneling system that is completely mechanical and does not require the use of adhesives in attaching panels to the walls. The system comprises wall panels having a core with a decorative surface attached to one side and profiled edges that connect to each other by push click, panel connector clips (PCCs) that further connect and secure the interconnecting panels to the walls; and corner moldings for use in paneling adjoining walls meeting at a corner via tongue and groove. The PCCs and corner moldings attach to the walls by mechanical fastening and provide an air space between the walls and the wall panels. Since the wall panels are not directly connected or adhered to the wall, the system allows the panels to be easily replaced by removing and inserting from the PCCs and corner moldings. By using specially adapted bottom seals, seals in the corner moldings and sealant between the panels, the paneling system can be made impermeable to water and is therefore especially useful in area wet areas such as bathrooms.
Prefabricated wall panel with tongue and groove construction
A prefabricated wall panel has a precast body including at least one decorative design element. In addition, the wall panel includes a mounting element having a first end embedded in the precast body and a second end projecting from the precast body. A groove is formed between the precast body and the second end of the mounting element along a first edge of the precast body. A tongue is formed along a second edge of the precast body opposite the first edge. The tongue and groove cooperate to allow prefabricated wall panels to be more easily installed on a support substrate.
Cuttable cladding panel with a matching pattern, use and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a cuttable cladding panel with a matching pattern, the use, and the design method thereof. The cladding panel comprises an irregular pattern (10) of elongated lines, veins, and/or strips; transverse cutting lines (20) all of them cutting through the pattern at identical transverse intersecting points symmetrical with respect to a longitudinal axis of symmetry (SL); pairs of longitudinal cutting lines (30) symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis of symmetry (SL), each pair of longitudinal cutting lines cutting through the pattern at identical longitudinal intersecting points; with said cutting lines crossing one another at corner points (P); wherein each transverse intersecting point (21) is at the same distance from a corner point (P) as a corresponding longitudinal intersecting point (31); with two parts obtained by cutting the cladding panel (1) along any cutting line having a matching and continuous irregular pattern (10).
