Leveling Clip and Tile Leveling Device for Use of Same
A leveling clip and tile leveling device for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment, the leveling clip includes a body defining an opening that is configured to accept a wedge device thereat. Tapered legs extend from the body and join a base at a base to body coupling. The base extends to a front and a rear of the body. The base to body coupling includes a frangible breakaway section that is integral prior to frangible separation and the frangible breakaway section, upon breaking, frangibly separates the body from the base. The leveling clip may be used with the wedge device to install two, three, or four tiles.
COUPLING SYSTEM FOR MOUNTING TILES TO A BUILDING
A coupling system for mounting a tile to an outer surface of a building is disclosed. In one embodiment, the coupling system includes support tracks arranged and configured to couple the tile to the building. The support tracks may include integrally formed clips for coupling with the tiles. The clips may be arranged and configured to couple to a top portion of a lower tile and a bottom portion of an upper tile. Additionally, and/or alternatively, the coupling system may include a gasket coupled to the support tracks. The gasket may include first and second arms. The support tracks may include integrally formed, first and second inwardly extending legs for receiving the first and second arms, respectively, of the gasket. In use, the coupling system facilitates faster and easier manufacturability and assembly as compared to other known systems thus providing a more cost-effective solution, particularly when used with smaller tiles.
MECHANICAL LOCKING OF FLOOR PANELS
Floor panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system comprising tongue and grooves provided with protrusions and cavities which are displaceable in relation to each other and configured such that the protrusions can obtain a vertically unlocked position where they match the cavities and a vertically locked position where the protrusions overlap each other.
DEVICE FOR LEVELING AND ALIGNING TILES AND METHOD FOR LEVELING AND ALIGNING TILES
A device for leveling and aligning tiles and method for leveling and aligning tiles are disclosed. In one embodiment, the leveling device includes a body and two spaced and parallel strip members extending transversely from the body. Each of the spaced and parallel strip members extend to the front and rear of the body. Two opposing lateral open windows are formed in the body. A breakaway section is defined along the body. A wedge device is provided for penetrating one or more of the two opposing lateral open windows and exerting a force on the tiles for leveling them relative to each other.
LEVELLING SPACER DEVICE FOR SLABS
A levelling spacer device (10) for laying slab-shaped products (P) comprising: at least one base (20) having a lower surface (21) and an opposite upper surface (22) defining a support plane for at least two tiles (P) placed side by side, which is placed at a first distance (d1) from the lower surface (21); a spacer bridge (30) provided with: two legs (31) placed side by side between each other along a flanking direction and each one rising from a portion of the upper surface (22) of the base (20), wherein each leg (31) is frangibly connected to the respective base portion by a predefined fracture line (310) placed at a second distance (d2) from the lower surface (21) greater than the first distance (d1), wherein the fracture line (310) is formed by a longitudinal cut that is parallel to the flanking direction; and crosspiece (32), which joins the top of the two legs (31); and a through opening (40) adapted to be crossed by a pressure wedge (50) along a crossing direction (C) orthogonal to the flanking direction, wherein the through opening (40) is peripherally delimited at the top by the crosspiece (32) of the bridge (30), laterally by the legs (31) of the bridge (30) and at the bottom by a central portion (220) of the upper surface (22) of the base (20) coplanar with the support plane.
LEVELER FOR TILES
Disclosed is a leveler to make coplanar the faces of two adjacent tiles (P) without using pincers or other tools. The leveler uses a disposable element and a wedge to be inserted in the disposable element, so as to push down the tiles and make them coplanar.
Finger Joint Panel
In accordance with an example embodiment, there is disclosed herein, a panel that comprises a plurality of ornamental sections having a predefined shape, the plurality of ornamental sections are arranged in rows that form a staggered arrangement with protruding rows and recessed rows between the protruding rows along at least one edge of the panel. A plurality of interior grooves are located between the ornamental sections, the interior grooves having a first width. A plurality of partial grooves having a second width are located along the at least one edge of the panel. Ornamental sections at an edge of a protruding row comprise convex curves having a first radius at their edges. Ornamental sections at the edge of recessed rows comprise concave curves having a second radius at their edges.
