OUTER WALL AND BUILDING

An outer wall of a building includes a plurality of spaced apart vertical frames, an outer board provided on the outer surfaces of the plurality of vertical frames, an outer insulating material provided on the outer surface of the outer board, and outer wall panels provided on the vertical frames with at least one support member therebetween. The support member is fixed to the vertical frames via the outer board. The outer wall panels are fixed to the support member via support metal fixtures.

Integrated fiber cement and foam as insulated cladding with enhancements

An integrated fiber cement and foam cladding system is provided that incorporates foam or similar light weight material to improve the insulation capacity of the cladding system. The system includes at least a fiber cement layer and a foam layer disposed on the backside of the fiber cement layer. The system improves the R-value of the building, a measure of the building's resistance to transferring heat or thermal energy.

Prefabricated concrete element having textile reinforcement and retainers
09636886 · 2017-05-02 · ·

A prefabricated concrete element (10) having a textile reinforcement (17) comprising fastening elements (12, 13, 14, 15), which are connected directly to the reinforcement (17). The fastening elements (12 to 15) can have a bent form and pass through a flat side of the prefabricated concrete element (10). The fastening elements can also have a straight or elongated form and emerge on narrow sides of a plate-shaped prefabricated concrete element (I 0). Because of the direct connection between the fastening element (12 to 15) and the reinforcement (17), the prefabricated concrete element can have an especially extensive and thin form and thus can be used as a faade panel.

20250084646 · 2025-03-13 ·

A single-layer reinforced concrete panel in the field of construction can be used in the construction of multilayer outer walls of residential, public and industrial buildings. The effect is achieved by the fact that a single-layer reinforced concrete panel for mounting a hinged facade, reinforced with a mesh, is equipped with embedded parts in the form of plastic sleeves of a cone-shaped shape, formed at the intersection of the longitudinal and transverse rods of the reinforced mesh, for fastening fasteners and driven dowels, and the location of the plastic sleeves corresponds to the location of the hinged facade brackets attached to the plastic sleeves with fasteners, and the location of the driven dowels for fixing the insulation. The use of the panel increases the pull-out force and the reliability of fastening the hinged facade bracket and insulation.
