SHELF ANGLE SUPPORT
A shelf angle suitable for supporting a brick veneer is attached to a building wall by way of plural spacer members each comprising inner and outer plates joined by a web of material. The spacer member may comprise a tube or c-section for example. Thermally insulating sheets are compressed between the shelf angle and the spacer member and/or between the spacer member and the building wall. The spacer members are spaced apart along the shelf angle.
Prefabricated wall panel with tongue and groove construction
A prefabricated wall panel has a precast body including at least one decorative design element. In addition, the wall panel includes a mounting element having a first end embedded in the precast body and a second end projecting from the precast body. A groove is formed between the precast body and the second end of the mounting element along a first edge of the precast body. A tongue is formed along a second edge of the precast body opposite the first edge. The tongue and groove cooperate to allow prefabricated wall panels to be more easily installed on a support substrate.
FIBER ENFORCED THIN BRICK SHEET AND PROCESS
A fiber enforced sheet for use as a wall or floor covering which comprises of adhered thin bricks bonded to a fiber-reinforced, backing layer. Thin brick is adhered to the fiber enforced sheet. The fiber enforced backing increases strength and rigidity to the thin brick during handling, and installation permits the thin bricks to be adhered to proper specification and spacing to be cut using ordinary tile or thin brick tools.

TILE EDGE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Disclosed herein are tiles, systems, and methods related to manufacturing bullnose or other non-straight edge tiles. In a method of manufacturing a bullnose tile, the method comprises the steps of providing a tile, wherein said tile is a fired ceramic tile comprising a base and a decoration; cutting or milling the tile to form a bullnose edge; transporting the tile to at least a first printing station; printing at least one print layer of print media on the bullnose edge; transporting the tile to a curing station and curing the print media to provide the bullnose tile.
Relating to a visible flexible facing layer
A method of forming a visible flexible facing layer for creating a visible appearance of a facing wall-surface of a walled structure, comprises the steps of: a] providing a flexible porous support substrate on a support; and b] creating a wet mixture using a powdered aggregate. A further step c] applies the wet mixture to the flexible support substrate using a control template to form a plurality of spaced-apart wall-tile slips which at least in part permeate the flexible porous support substrate; and step d] cures the wall-tile slips to the flexible porous support substrate to form a tile sheet of the visible flexible facing layer. A step e] folds the visible flexible facing layer for storage and/or transportation. A method of matching existing brick-or stone-work of a wall of a building to a visible flexible facing layer, and a visible flexible facing layer are also provided.
CLADDING PANEL
A cladding panel comprising a top multi-film layer and a base layer configured for connection to a substrate, the top multi-film layer including at least an external substantially transparent film and a granular film adjacent to the external substantially transparent film. Disclosed are also methods of producing the cladding panel and kits of cladding panels.
Cladding panel
A cladding panel and a method of forming a cladding panel. The panel comprises a plurality of facing building members mounted on a backing of settable material. The facing building members are mounted in rows which are usually aligned horizontally in use, with settable material located in joints between adjacent building members in the rows, and settable material located in joints between neighbouring rows of facing building members. The joints between adjacent facing building members in a row are not aligned with the joints between adjacent facing building members in neighbouring rows of facing building members. The facing building members have front faces and a rear side, with recesses in the rear side of at least some of the facing building members in each row. The recesses extend part way into the facing building member and receive settable material. The recesses in facing building members in neighbouring rows are aligned such that one or more columns of settable material in the recesses are provided extending perpendicularly to the rows of facing building members.
