A modular platform system includes a plurality of tiles, legs, beams, and brackets. Peripheries of the tiles and top surfaces of the beams are configured so that the tiles can snap on to the beams, allowing for easy creation of a platform. The beams, legs, and brackets are all configured so that the beams and legs are easily connected together for platform system creation.

COUPLING AN UPPER END OF A HOLLOW SECTION COLUMN TO A BUILDING UNIT SUPPORT
20170226751 · 2017-08-10 ·

A fitting for coupling an open upper end of a hollow section column to a support via which a building unit is to be supported on the column. The fitting comprises a body portion configured to be received in the open upper end of the column and rim portions that extend laterally outwardly from an upper end of the body portion so as to engage edge sections of the column at its upper end when the body portion is received in the open upper end.

DECK
20170218619 · 2017-08-03 ·

A support structure having a horizontal surface such as a deck or stage, the support structure having first and second modules which are interconnected together, the interconnection comprising a connector assembly having a first member with a vertically extending recess formed within a bottom wall thereof, the recess being bounded by first and second interior walls which each have a protrusion extending inwardly within the recess, and a second member comprising a U-shaped element having a base, first and second legs, each of the legs having an interior and an exterior wall with one of the legs having a recess formed in each of the interior and exterior walls such that the first leg sidingly fits within the recess formed within the first member and the second leg extends upwardly adjacent one of the first and second side walls to receive and support an adjacent module.

SYSTEM FOR SECURING SLATS FOR FORMING A RAISED FLOOR OR DECK
20170254077 · 2017-09-07 ·

The system for removably securing slats juxtaposed to form a deck, for example for a terrace, includes fasteners disposed in rows on level floor or joist or beam structure supports oriented perpendicular to the axis of the slats. The fasteners have a device for securing the supports to the slats. A plurality of impermeable channels is disposed parallel for a level floor, or at a rate of one impermeable channel for each joist or beam support. The top surface of the support, a device for removable securing and a device for positioning provided on the profiled section are covered. The fasteners are made of a flexible elastic material, and the device for positioning allows clearance in a direction of an axis of the channel.

DECK ASSEMBLY HAVING EASY OF INSTALLATION

A molded shower pan includes a base having a drain opening. A plurality of strengthening ribs extend downwardly from the base wherein the spacing between adjacent ribs is a function of rib height.

Latch lock foldable flooring system
11186984 · 2021-11-30 ·

A flooring system that folds up to form a large crate. This crate can be used to hold constructions materials for the building to be built on the floor. The crate is designed to be placed on a foundation. The crate is placed on top of the foundation in the center, perpendicular to beams that make up part of the foundation. Once the base is in place on the beams the crate is unfolded and a flat floor is achieved. All of the pieces of the crate have the flanges that fit onto the beams. They can then be fastened to the beams to secure them in place. The system uses a unique hinge and locking system. At the edges of the sides of each floor panel of the crate are torque tubes that support a cam link and a cam arm that are used to fold and unfold the floor.

Determining structural integrity of a raised floor

Concepts for determining a structural integrity of a raised floor comprising an array of stringers and stanchions are presented. Each stringer is supported at opposite ends by a respective pair of stanchions. One example comprises a system having a transmitter configured to transmit a signal between a pair of stanchions via a respective stringer and a receiver configured to receive the transmitted signal. The system further comprises a processing unit configured to determine a status of the stringer based on the received signal, then determine an indicator of a structural integrity of a raised floor based on the determined status.

System, method, kit and modular element for the dry building of structures for constructions
11781314 · 2023-10-10 ·

A modular system for dry building of structures includes a plurality of modular elements having a generally planar upper or lower wall and a plurality of side faces substantially perpendicular thereto, and further having a first end edge at the upper or lower wall and a second edge opposed thereto. Anchoring members couple the modular elements so that the planar walls cooperate to define a first plane generally parallel to or coinciding with the main development plane of the structure to be built, with each of the side faces interacting with each other. The second edges of the side faces cooperate to define a second plane generally parallel and opposed to the first plane. The anchoring members include first anchoring members that act in correspondence with the second plane to effectively counteract the tensile stresses developing in the structure due to a load acting on the first plane.
