DETERMINING STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF A RAISED FLOOR
Concepts for determining a structural integrity of a raised floor comprising an array of stringers and stanchions are presented. Each stringer is supported at opposite ends by a respective pair of stanchions. One example comprises a system having a transmitter configured to transmit a signal between a pair of stanchions via a respective stringer and a receiver configured to receive the transmitted signal. The system further comprises a processing unit configured to determine a status of the stringer based on the received signal, then determine an indicator of a structural integrity of a raised floor based on the determined status.
PEDESTAL/STAND FOR RAISED FLOORS
A pedestal/stand for raised floors can be applied on a number of heads of supports for raised floors. The pedestal/stand may include at least one beam. The beam is of a contoured type and includes at least one zone for interlocking mechanical association with the number of heads of the supports.
Flooring support system
A flooring substrate system that uses one of three substrate components upon which various types of finish flooring may be attached above a deck structure. The deck structure may be open lumber framed or may be a waterproofed planar surface. Affixation of the flooring system may be by direct connection or by gravitational placement. Height and slope adjustable components interlock through a plunge, twist and locking teeth arrangement to form supporting members beneath the substrate components. A base mounting plate acts as a pivotal point in the system, having recesses and engageable configurations on both its faces for other system components.
Support structure for supporting floor panel and access floor system including support structure
Disclosed is a support structure on which a floor panel is seated. The support structure includes a first beam element disposed in a first direction; a second beam element disposed in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a post supporting the first beam element and the second beam element; and a pedestal seated on top of the post, and supporting the floor panel.
Paver Supporting Apparatus
The invention relates to a paver supporting apparatus. The paver supporting apparatus has a pedestal with a top plate. A modular grid is positioned on the top plate and has a ballast receiving opening and a ballast is located in the ballast receiving opening.
System, device, and method of reinforcement for raised-floors and for equipment thereon
System, device, and method of reinforcement for raised-floors and for equipment thereon. A system includes a vertical support member to fixedly connect to a top-tier of a raised-floor and to a bottom-tier of the raised floor. The vertical support member includes an internal rod surrounded by an external pipe. The internal rod and the external pipe are connected via a top-side cap and a bottom-side cap. A modular-length slanted support member is further connected to the vertical support member. The slanted support member is fixedly connected to the bottom-tier of the raised floor, or to another, neighboring, vertical support member.
Hazard warning system
A flooring element is provided for a raised floor including removable flooring panels and a supporting structure with a load bearing surface. The flooring element includes a warning element operable for moving between an inactive position in which the warning element is substantially concealed by the surface and an active position in which the warning element projects beyond the surface to form a visual hazard warning indicator. The flooring element may be for example a flooring panel, a stringer, a pedestal, an insert for a pedestal or an insert for inserting between a sub-floor void and a flooring panel.
ACCESS FLOOR STRUCTURE WITH GRID-PATTERN SUSPENDED CABLE TRAY SYSTEM
A access-floor-structure with grid-pattern suspended cable tray system includes a plurality of first beams and a plurality of second beams connected above and between a plurality of stands having a certain height, and floor units, connecting cover plates and center plates laid, so as to form a large-area access floor. Included below the access-floor-structure with arid-pattern suspended cable tray system further comprises a plurality of wiring troughs and a plurality of connecting bottom plates. The plurality of wiring troughs is provided below the connecting cover plate and is spaced by a distance from the ground. The plurality of connecting bottom plates are correspondingly provided below the center cover plate, and peripheries of each connecting bottom plate is used in connection with one end of each wiring trough, thereby some pipelines required to be installed are provided, and remaining pipelines are provided on the ground outside the plurality of wiring trough.
Paver supporting apparatus
The invention relates to a paver supporting apparatus. The paver supporting apparatus has a pedestal with a top plate. A modular grid is positioned on the top plate and has a ballast receiving opening and a ballast is located in the ballast receiving opening.
TILE AND SUPPORT STRUCTURE
In one aspect of a bottom indexing tile and support structure, a bottom indexing support structure may be engaged with a top portion of a pedestal. The bottom indexing support structure may be formed with a generally vertical spine having at least one rail extending outward from a distal end thereof and may also include one or more ridges extending upward in a direction parallel to the spine. The spine and rail(s) may be configured to secure one or more bottom indexing tiles, which tiles may be formed with a groove on at least one edge thereof, and wherein one or more rails may be positioned within the groove. The bottom indexing tile may be formed with one or more channels on a bottom surface thereof, wherein each channel may correspond with a ridge of the bottom indexing support structure.
