Plank with Veneer Material Fused to Rigid Core
A plank has a first portion with at least three layers. The first layer is of a plant material, and has an inner surface that includes a nonwoven fabric or a fiberglass mesh. The second layer is of an adhesive paper material that includes a macromolecular glue where the macromolecular glue is 50-55% melamine, 35-40% plasticizer, and 3-5% formaldehyde. The third layer is one of bamboo, wood, or paper. The plank has a second portion, which may be of a plastic composite base material or a magnesium oxide composite base material. When the second portion is of a plastic composite material, the first portion is fused to the second portion by cold pressing or a polyurethane reactive adhesive. When the second material is of a magnesium oxide composite base material, the first portion is thermally pressed to the second portion by cold pressing, hot pressing or a polyurethane reactive adhesive.
FLOORBOARD
The invention relates to a floorboard (1, 2) which has a carrier plate (3) having a top-side veneer (4), in particular a wood veneer. The carrier plate (3) and the veneer (4) are connected to each other via a resin (6). There is an edge strip (14, 15) at least on two side edges (12, 13) of the veneer (4). Said edge strip (14, 15) consists of resin (6). Carrier plate (3) and veneer (4) having the resin (6) are hot-compressed to each other. During compressing, pores, cracks, and/or gaps in the veneer (4) are filled with resin (6).
Outdoor wood decking board
An outdoor wood decking board for use in construction of an outdoor deck floor, the outdoor decking board including a wood core formed from a first wood species of common grade wood species as a three-dimensional solid rigid body. A facing wood veneer formed from a second wood species of superior grade wood species as a three-dimensional solid rigid wood finishing layer permanently directly seamlessly attached via an adhesive to a first wood face of the wood core thereby the wood core having an appearance of the second wood species. In another embodiment, the facing wood veneer is formed from a third wood species, exotic hardwood species. A two-part emulsion polymer isocyanate adhesive is used to bond the wood core against the facing wood veneer; to bond two wood cores together. In another embodiment, the adhesive is a two-part polyurethane emulsion polymer.
FLOOR, WALL, OR CEILING PANEL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A floor, wall, or ceiling panel and to a method for producing same. The panel has a base made of a wood material and an upper veneer. The base and the veneer are hot-pressed together while incorporating a resin layer. During the pressing process, pores, cracks, and/or gaps in the veneer are filled with resin. In particular, the pressing process is carried out such that the veneer is saturated with resin, and the resin can be seen on the surface of the veneer after the pressing process. The adhesion of the veneer to the base and the smoothing of the veneer are thus carried out in one operation.
Flooring board with a thin veneer wood aesthetic and durable surface
A flooring board having a plurality of layers may have a sufficiently high modified Janka hardness rating for use in general flooring applications. The flooring board may comprise a fiberboard core layer having a thin veneer layer of a natural wood species adhered to a surface of the core layer. The veneer layer may be a gymnosperm (softwood) or angiosperm (hardwood) having a low Janka hardness rating. Surprisingly, the flooring board has a high modified Janka hardness rating significantly higher than the Janka hardness rating of the natural wood species and sufficient for use in general flooring applications when the veneer layer is sufficiently thin.
FLOOR PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLOOR PANELS
A floor panel has a substrate and a decorative layer of wood veneer provided thereon having a thickness of 1 millimeter or less. The substrate has an average density of more than 750 kilograms per cubic meter. The floor panel is rectangular and oblong and comprises a pair of opposite short edges and a pair of opposite long edges. The floor panel, on at least said two opposite long edges, is provided with coupling means allowing that two of such floor panels can be coupled to each other in a vertical direction perpendicular to the plane of the coupled panels and in a horizontal direction in this plane and perpendicular to the respective edge. The wood veneer and/or the substrate immediately underneath the wood veneer is treated at least at the short edges with a fluoro copolymer or a polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate.
Architectural Construction Technique
A construction technique, for example for residential, light commercial and multifamily building construction, involving pre-fabricated elements. The elements include prefabricated structural components and prefabricated surface components. A technique of incremental building includes assembling a building structure using these pre-fabricated elements.
PANEL
A panel having a panel upper side and a panel lower side and at least two opposing panel edges, which have each an edge break on the panel upper side, the edge breaks forming in the connected state a joint in a covering surface. The edge break of one of the panel edges is formed larger than the edge break of the opposing panel edge, and a lower part of the large edge break of the one panel edge is overlapped in the connected state by the small edge break of the opposing panel edge.
Outdoor bamboo floor
The present invention relates to an outdoor bamboo floor and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular, to an outdoor bamboo floor subjected to an immersion treatment using hot oil. Conduits or other capillary structures of a bamboo material in the outdoor bamboo floor of the present invention are filled with an oil medium, with an oil content of 2-10%. The manufacturing method includes immersing a plate blank of the bamboo floor in a hydrophobic organic medium at 100-300 C. for 1-10h, and are statically cooled down to a room temperature after being taken out.
Composite bamboo floor and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a bamboo floor, in particular to a composite bamboo floor. The composite bamboo floor comprises a floor surface board provided with a body, a pressed surface, a connecting surface connected with the core board, at least one cut surface board side face and surface board end faces, and the core board arranged under the floor surface board and provided with a core board surface connected with the floor surface board, a core board bottom surface, core board side faces and core board end faces, and the positions of the core board side faces or the core board side faces and the surface board side faces are provided with notch structures processed in two sides in the length direction of the composite bamboo floor. The composite bamboo floor is high in strength, high in processing efficiency and low in production cost.
