OUTDOOR WOOD DECKING BOARD
An outdoor wood decking board for use in construction of an outdoor deck floor, the outdoor wood decking board including a wood core, formed from a first wood species preselected from any one of a common grade North American Softwood, as a three dimensional solid rigid wood body. A facing wood veneer formed from a second wood species of superior grade North American Softwood species as a three dimensional solid rigid wood finishing layer is permanently seamlessly attached via a pressure sensitive liquid adhesive to a first wood face of the wood core. In another embodiment the facing wood veneer is formed of a third wood species including an exotic hardwood species. In another embodiment the wood core is formed from a wood plastic composite. In another embodiment, the wood core is formed from a cement board. Methods of manufacture of the outdoor wood decking board are embodied and disclosed.
SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR RAISED FLOORING AND FLOORING OBTAINED BY THIS SUPPORT SYSTEM
The present invention refers to a support system for raised flooring made with wooden boards and to the relative flooring obtained by this system. The supporting system is used for obtaining a floor with boards made of wood or similar material wherein the floor is elevated with respect to the reference ground. The supporting system includes a trampling plate and at least three supporting feet fixed to the plate in order to support the plate with respect to the reference ground.
Moisture resistant engineered hardwood veneer flooring
Disclosed are moisture resistant engineered hardwood veneer flooring panels. Also disclosed are methods for making same.
PLASTIC COMPOSITION, COMPOSITE FLOOR INCLUDING PLASTIC COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a plastic composition, a composite floor including the plastic composition and a preparation method thereof. The plastic composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-55 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 35-55 parts of limestone powder, 0.5-5 parts of polyurethane foaming agent and 0.5-5 parts of stabilizer. The composite floor includes a decoration layer and a supporting layer, wherein the supporting layer is prepared from the plastic composition. The composite floor provided by the present invention has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful and elegant appearance, and good anti-water, anti-insect and anti-mildew effects. Moreover, the composite floor can effectively save wood resources, is low in cost and is more environmentally friendly.
A HIGH STRENGTH STONE PLASTIC FLOOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The invention provides a high strength stone plastic floor and manufacturing method thereof. The stone plastic floor comprises a PVC substrate and a surface layer on a surface of the PVC substrate. Compositions of PVC substrate comprise: PVC powder from 20 to 35 weight percent, calcium carbonate from 60 to 70 weight percent, stabilizer from 1 to 3 weight percent, flexibilizer from 1 to 3 weight percent, lubricants from 0.4 to 1 weight percent, and colorant from 0.4 to 1 weight percent. The high strength stone plastic floor does not contain plasticizer so environmental risks are completely avoided. The contractility is good. The high strength stone plastic floor is resistant to high temperature and direct sunlight. Compared with conventional stone plastic floor, lifespan of the present invention is prolonged. The PVC substrate of the floor can be combined with different layers and can integrate different advantages of other floors.
FLOORBOARD
A floorboard, includes a carrier plate and a veneer arranged on a topside of the carrier plate, wherein the carrier plate and the veneer are connected with each other via a resin, wherein an edge strip made of the resin is provided on at least two side margins of the veneer, and wherein a surface of the edge strip extends in a same plane as a surface of the veneer.
FLOOR ELEMENT, LOCKING SYSTEM FOR FLOOR ELEMENTS, FLOOR COVERING AND METHOD FOR COMPOSING SUCH FLOOR ELEMENTS TO A FLOOR COVERING
Floor element of the type which, at least at two opposite edges, comprises coupling means enabling two of such floor elements to cooperate with each other at the respective edges, wherein the floor element comprises at least two components, as well as entity-forming means, which, starting from the aforementioned components, can form an entity including the components, wherein said components can adopt at least two mutual positions, whether or not by means of the disruption of the entity formed by said entity-forming means.
