Spray apparatus
An improved spray apparatus designed to optimize the pattern of the texture material and the performance of the spray apparatus to look and perform similar to a hopper texture gun or texture spray rig used by professionals. The spray apparatus, has a housing defining a cavity. A transfer wheel is rotatably mounted to the housing, the transfer wheel having a hub defining a hub axis, and a plurality of transfer flaps. A propeller is rotatably mounted to the housing and positioned above the transfer wheel, the propeller having a spindle and a plurality of fins. A firing pin is attached to the housing above the propeller. An actuator is mounted to the housing to cause the propeller to rotate. A gate may be provided to control the flow of the material to the transfer wheel.
Drywall mud dispenser closure system
A drywall mud dispenser closure system includes a drywall mud applicator having an access opening therein. A closure assembly is removably positioned over the access opening and closes the access opening to inhibit air from entering the access opening.

SYSTEM FOR APPLYING FINISHING COMPOUND
A system for finishing surfaces with a finishing material includes a handle assembly with proximal and distal ends. A material reservoir is mounted on the handle distal and includes an inlet and an outlet. A material applicator tool is mounted on the reservoir and receives material from the reservoir outlet. A discharge mechanism includes an extendable-retractable component connected to the reservoir for discharging or reloading material. An alternative embodiment includes a lockable, compressible gas spring. Another alternative embodiment includes a rotating element driven by a reversible motor mounted on the handle assembly. The rotating element drives a discharge mechanism in a discharge direction of rotation, and reloads the reservoir in a reload direction of rotation.
MATERIAL REFINING UNIT FOR A MATERIAL INSTALLATION SYSTEM
A material refining unit for a material installation system includes a housing and a refining assembly arranged within the housing. The housing defines an internal cavity with an inlet and an outlet. The inlet is configured to receive an insulation material having a first density. The refining assembly is configured to refine the insulation material to a second density that is provided to the outlet and includes a stator and a rotor. The stator is fixedly attached to the housing and has a plurality of stator grooves. The rotor is rotatably coupled to the housing and has a plurality of rotor grooves. A gap is defined between the stator and the rotor.
