TAPING KNIFE HANDLE, AND TAPING KNIFE PROVIDED WITH SUCH A HANDLE
The invention relates to a taping knife handle (100) comprising a gripping part (110) connected to a blade attachment part (130) by a central part (120). The griping part (110) has a convex upper face (111) for receiving the palm and fingers of the user's hand. According to the invention, the convex curved upper face (111) is connected to the central part (120) by means of: ? an engagement region (112) having a front convex curved engagement face (114) directly connected to a concave curved engagement face (121) located at the front of the central part (120), and ? a lever region (113) comprising a convex lower lever face (115) located under the convex upper face (111) and connected, by a bent region (117), to a concave bearing face (122) located at the rear of the central part (120).
Mounting adapter for concrete surface processing tools
A mounting adapter including a bearing for rotatably mounting a surface processing tool to a tool holder body. The bearing has a rotatable hub including an attachment in an upper portion thereof for non-rotatable attachment to the tool holder body. The mounting adapter includes a rubber flex pad having a periphery and a first aperture. The mounting adapter includes an element supporting the periphery of the rubber flex pad, the element having a second aperture in vertical registry with and beneath the first aperture. The mounting adapter includes an end plug within the second aperture for closing the first aperture. The end plug supports the flex pad from beneath the second aperture.
Trowel/float with level and replaceable surfaces
This disclosure relates to a trowel and/or float having a utilitarian and adjustable level built-in for ease of use and creating uniform, properly angled, smooth surfaces, and replaceable undersides for creating various effects all in one simple to use tool.
Adhesive application apparatus for tiles
An apparatus for applying adhesive to a tile comprises a container for receiving the adhesive to be applied to the tile. The container defines a downwardly-opening orifice through which the adhesive is enabled to pass out of the container. The apparatus further features a substantially horizontally extending track coupled below the container and adapted for supporting the tile in sliding movement underneath the orifice from an inlet side of the orifice and past the orifice to an outlet side thereof so that the adhesive received in the container passes out of the orifice and onto the tile.
System, Apparatus and Methods for a Hand-Held Drywall Tape Applicator
A hand held combined tool for drywall taping including a drywall tape applicator attached to a smoothening blade is described. The dry wall tape applicator includes a gated protrusion for feeding a dry wall tape through a ridged slot and to be held securely in position by a user before dipping the dry wall tape in a joint compound container to coat the dry wall tape with the joint compound on both side of the dry wall tape. The user then pulls the dry wall tape through the gated protrusion and the ridged slot to obtain a uniformly dual side coated drywall tape ready to be placed on a joint and to be immediately smoothened with the smoothening blade attached to the dry wall tape applicator.
Spreading tool having a variable width and variable depth blade
A spreading tool has blade for which the width and depth deployment of the blade are each variable. A pair of plates sandwich the blade between them and allow the blade to slide up and down therebetween in order to vary depth deployment. The blade is formed from two plates that each has a blade edge, the two plates slide with respect to each other, varying the overlap of the two blade edges and thus blade width. Slots on each plate with a connector passing therethrough, hold the blade plates together. Aligned slot pairs on the sandwiching plates receive a connector to hold the blade in its sandwiched position, each connector slides within its slot pair and abuts one of the sides of the blade to hold the blade in its selected width. Additional connectors connect the main plate and press plate without passing through the blade.

Painting Tool
A painting tool includes a body having a gripping portion, an abutting portion, and a projecting board. The gripping portion is located on a first side of the body and protrudes from an upper surface of the body. The abutting portion is formed on a bottom surface of the body and protrudes from a bottom of the gripping portion toward a second side of the body. The projecting board protrudes from the bottom surface of the gripping portion toward the second side of the body. A coupling groove is defined between the projecting board and the abutting portion and has an opening facing the second side of the body. A knife board includes a first side having a coupling portion coupled with the coupling groove. A levelling portion is formed on a second side of the knife board.
System of drywall finishing in building construction
A system for finishing an interior or exterior drywall surface of a building structure can apply a predetermined formulation of dispensable compound material in liquefied form at a continuous flow with simultaneous surface finishing characteristics while reducing labor intensity and maximizing finish quality to a level 5 standard.
Handheld concrete finisher
A handheld concrete finisher is disclosed for finishing concrete from an upright or standing position. The concrete finisher includes a concrete finishing tool, a handle assembly, a multi-axis pivot assembly attached between the handle assembly and the concrete finishing tool, and a control mechanism that allows an operator to selectively prevent the handle assembly from pivoting or rotating about one of the pivot axes. The multi-axis pivot assembly allows the operator to pivot the handle assembly both side to side and backward and forward relative to the concrete finishing tool, and to prevent the handle assembly from rotating while still allowing the handle assembly to pivot side to side. The finishing tool is detachable and can be any one of a number of tools for preparing concrete, based on the job requirements. The handle assembly can be adjusted for the operator's height and/or to extend the operator's reach.
