VIBRATORY HEAD FOR A CONCRETE SCREED HAVING INTERCHANGEABLE ECCENTRICS
A vibratory assembly has a power source with a rotational output, an implement configured to work uncured concrete, and a vibratory head means for receiving a rotational input from the power source and converting the input from the power source into mechanical oscillation and to transfer the mechanical oscillation to the implement.
CONCRETE SCREEDING MACHINE WITH WALL EDGE SCREEDING FEATURE
A screeding machine for screeding uncured concrete includes a base unit, a support mechanism disposed at an end portion of the base unit, and a screed head assembly supported at the support mechanism. The screed head assembly includes (i) a grade establishing member and (ii) a vibrating member. The support mechanism includes a lateral actuator that operates to laterally shift the screed head assembly relative to the base unit in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal axis of the base unit. A control system is operable to control the lateral actuator to laterally shift the screed head assembly in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the base unit to move the screed head assembly toward a wall or structure while the screeding machine moves over uncured concrete in a screeding direction via movement of the base unit along the uncured concrete and alongside the wall or structure.
MODULAR CONCRETE TOOL
A modular concrete tool includes a modular power unit that has a housing with a motor housing portion and a front housing portion coupled to the motor housing portion, a battery receptacle configured to removably engage a battery pack, a handle extending from the motor housing portion, a motor disposed within the motor housing portion, the motor configured to provide torque to an output shaft extending through the front housing portion, and a tool socket formed in the front housing portion in which the output shaft terminates.
Wide swath offset concrete screed
Methods and systems for making and using a wide swath offset concrete screed apparatus for screeding wet concrete slurry. The apparatus includes a cross support bar, an attachment mechanism for attaching the cross support bar to a liftable arm of a motorized vehicle, and lateral support bars for attaching a screed bar to the cross support bar. The screed bar is positioned offset from the motorized vehicle used to operate the screed, allowing the motorized vehicle to drive outside the forms.
Electronically actuated leveling system for screeding concrete
An apparatus for leveling a concrete screed having a frame and a screed head secured thereto includes a plurality of vertically adjustable leveling legs driven by a plurality of electrical actuators responsive to a command supplied by a user interface.
Drive system for screeding concrete
An apparatus for steering and driving a concrete screed having a frame and a screed head secured thereto includes a plurality of spaced drive wheels rotatably and pivotably secured to the frame at a plurality of points, and a steering member coupled to one or more of the drive wheels for controlling the directional orientation thereof.
CONCRETE SCREED DEVICE WITH OSCILLATING SCREED BAR
Disclosed is a concrete screed device, having: a handle structure defining a lower end and an upper end spaced apart from each other to define a screed handle structure height; a base bar connected to the lower end of the handle structure; an screed bar disposed against the base bar and configured to oscillate against the base bar; and a motor supported by the screed and operationally connected to the screed bar to oscillate within an oscillatory range of movement against the base bar.
CONCRETE SCREED DEVICE WITH OSCILLATING SCREED BAR
A concrete screed device, having: a base bar extending between first and second ends and having a bottom member and an upright member; a handle structure connected to the base bar, between the first and second ends, and extending away from the base bar to a grip portion; a screed bar disposed against the upright member of the base bar; guide members connected to the screed bar and extending through the upright member of the base bar; a battery powered motor supported along the base bar and operationally connected to one of the guide members to oscillate the screed bar against the base bar; and a wheel supported under the bottom member of the base bar near the first end of the base bar.
TROWELING DEVICE AND TROWELING ROBOT
The present disclosure relates to the field of construction machinery, and discloses a troweling device and a troweling robot. The troweling device includes: a main body; a roller traveling mechanism mounted on the main body and can travel along a construction surface; and a vibrating slurry extracting mechanism mounted on the main body and located behind the roller traveling mechanism in a traveling direction of the troweling device. The vibrating slurry extracting mechanism can abut against the construction surface, and perform slurry extracting on slurry on the construction surface through vibration.
