Formwork system
Various implementations described herein are directed to a formwork system. In one implementation, the formwork system includes aluminum extrusions and aluminum castings. The aluminum castings and the aluminum extrusions can be assembled by being pressed and riveted together.
FORMWORK FOR PERFORMING CASTINGS FOR PROVIDING FLOOR SLABS
A formwork for performing castings for providing floor slabs, comprising a supporting frame which is provided by assembling prefabricated frame portions, which include at least one pair of frame-like sides, which are constituted by first uprights and crossmembers, which are arranged parallel and spaced apart and connected by connecting elements, and a supporting device for supporting beams of the formwork, which in turn comprises a second upright which can be fixed at the end to the first upright, a supporting head, for at least one supporting beam, arranged coupled slideably along the second upright, and means of reversibly locking the supporting head on a preset position which is defined along the second upright.

SUPPORT DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING BEAMS OF FORMWORK FOR FLOOR SLABS
A support device for supporting beams of formwork for floor slabs, which comprises an upright, the end of which can be fixed to a supporting prop that rests on the ground; a supporting head for at least one supporting beam of floor slab formwork, which is arranged coupled slideably along the upright, and elements of reversibly locking the supporting head on a preset position defined along the upright, the supporting head in turn comprises: two plates, at least two recesses, for guiding insertion and for containment for a resting portion of the corresponding supporting beam, each one of which is provided on a respective plate, each recess having a substantially flat bottom with a breadth such as to define a variable resting point for the supporting beam along the bottom as a function of the inclination of the supporting beam.
Horizontal Formwork System and Safety Method for Installing Formwork Panels in a Horizontal Formwork System
According to one embodiment a horizontal formwork system is provided that includes a pair of parallel longitudinal beams on which a safety means is coupled for protecting against falling. The safety means includes a safety structure that is located below the formwork panels. The safety structure at least partially covers a gap existing immediately after a last assembled formwork panel and displacement means for moving the safety structure in a longitudinal direction along a length of the longitudinal beams. The displacement means is configured to be operated on by an operator allow to move the safety structure to cover the gap immediately after the last assembled formwork panel. A safety method for installing formwork panels is also provide that may include the steps of assembling at least one guide to the corresponding longitudinal beam and coupling a safety structure having at least one guided element to the longitudinal beams through a guide, and sliding the safety structure along the guide to cover the gap.

SUPPORTING FRAMEWORK
A supporting framework having at least one connector and at least two bars arranged on the connector. The bars are preferably arranged on the connector at the longitudinal end regions thereof. The connection between the bars and connector is achieved by at least one bolt, in particular, by two bolts. The bolt is or the bolts are preferably designed in the form of plug-in bolts, in particular fit bolts. The bolt has or the bolts have preferably a diameter of more than 28 mm that acts in the connection to the connector. The bars are formed from a steel having an upper yield strength of above 490 MPa. The bar height is less than 200 mm. The bars, bolts, and connector are preferably part of a lattice truss of the supporting framework, wherein the lattice truss has a lattice truss height of at least 2100 mm.
FORMWORK PART AND CEILING FORMWORK COMPRISING SUCH A FORMWORK PART
A formwork part having a compensation element with two transverse supports connected to a longitudinal support. An outer support is movably situated on the transverse supports. A center support may be detachably fastened to the transverse supports. The longitudinal support, the outer support, and/or the center support have/has, preferably at both ends, at least one support head receptacle, in particular formed as a connecting protrusion, in particular at least two support head receptacles, preferably formed as connecting protrusions. The connecting protrusions may be hooked into ceiling supports of the ceiling formwork. The ceiling formwork includes such a formwork part and a formwork element. The formwork element has at least one support head receptacle, in particular formed as a connecting protrusion, which may be hooked into the ceiling support of the ceiling formwork. The ceiling formwork may include the ceiling support, and the ceiling formwork may have a dual support.
