Anchor for a Vertical Formwork and Vertical Formwork
An anchor for a vertical formwork having two formwork panels facing one another. The anchor is suitable for being fixed to one of the formwork panels. The anchor includes a housing for receiving a part of a tie rod fixing the two formwork panels and sealing means configured for sealing the anchor with respect to the formwork panel in which it is fixed and with respect to the tie rod housed in the housing of the anchor.
FORMWORK ANCHOR RECEPTACLE
The present disclosure relates to a formwork anchor receptacle for arrangement on a bearing element of a formwork element, having a receptacle element, which has a receptacle opening for insertion of an anchor rod and a ball section for mounting on the mounting element of the formwork element, and having a retaining apparatus for retaining the receptacle element on the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the retaining apparatus has a spacer element for contacting the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the spacer element has an mounting opening for mounting on the receptacle element and a formwork device having such a formwork anchor receptacle.
TAPER TIES FOR CONCRETE FORMWORK AND RELATED DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A rolled threaded rod is overmolded with a suitable material to create a taper tie for use with formwork in concrete construction. The various implementations may use a continuous high-strength threaded rod which is used to carry the structural loads necessary for the design while the overmolded material creates the void in the cast concrete from which the taper tie can be removed.
ANCHOR, CASING ARRANGEMENT WITH TWO CASING ELEMENTS ARRANGED AT A DISTANCE FROM EACH OTHER, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE CASING ARRANGEMENT
For one sided anchoring of two casing elements the invention proposes an anchor including an anchor rod with a thread and an anchor head that is rotationally fixed at the anchor rod to drive the anchor to rotate. A first reaction bearing is arranged at a fixed distance from the anchor head, wherein an enveloping tube that is arrangeable on the anchor rod is supported at the first reaction bearing, wherein a sleeve that forms a second reaction bearing for a casing element that is remote from the anchor head is arranged at another end of the enveloping tube. The invention facilitates one sided anchoring.
Formwork Tube
Formwork tube consisting of a first portion with a first conical end, and a second portion with a second conical end. The first portion and the second portion are coupled to each other, so that the tube can be completely extracted from the formwork after use. The first portion is extracted from one of the sides of the formwork while the second portion is extracted from the other side of the formwork. The formwork tube is suitable for housing therein a transverse tie rod.
Attachable anchoring system for wall formwork, and method
The invention relates to an anchoring system for a wall formwork as well as to a method for suspending the anchoring system on the rear side of a wall formwork while dismantling a wall formwork. In order to accelerate a dismantling process, an anchoring system with an anchoring rod (4) and at least one disengageable locking device is provided. The part of the anchoring system that is pulled out of wall formworks after a concrete wall has been produced comprises a suspension means for suspending on a wall formwork the part of the anchoring system that has been pulled out.
Assembly of formwork, and graduated anchoring system
The invention relates to an anchoring system for a wall formwork and to a method for an assembly of the anchoring system: the two wall formworks (1, 2, 3, 40) are set up opposite from each other, an anchoring rod (4) with a graduation (21) is pushed through anchoring rod bores of the two wall formworks (1, 2, 3, 40) in such a way that the end of the anchoring rod (4) that has not been pushed through has the graduation (21), the pushed-through end of the anchoring rod (4) is connected to a locking device (41) present on the rear side of the one formwork (40), the end of the anchoring rod (4) that has not been pushed through is connected to the locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) provided here in such a manner that this connection is aligned with the selected graduation, the locking device aligned with the graduation is connected to the adjacent wall formwork (1, 2, 3).
Locking device having wall formwork locking device and process
The invention relates to a locking device for an anchor rod which may be mounted to a wall formwork. Moreover the invention relates to an associated wall formwork as well as process for mounting the locking device to the wall formwork. Moreover the invention relates to a system having a locking device and wall formwork. A locking device having a locking means for mounting the locking device to one end of an anchor rod and a mounting device for mounting the locking device to a wall formwork is provided. The mounting device comprises a screw which is tilted such that it may be secured in a hole of a supporting element of a wall formwork. A wall formwork thus advantageously does not require a thread in order to be able to mount the locking device to a wall formwork.
