Vertical Rebar Support and Spacing Device and System
The Rebar Stabilizers have a flat horizontal upper portion with a hole surrounded by a cylindrical extension adapted to receive a rebar dowel at one end and one or two flat vertical legs beneath the other end. They are placed over the top of the form planks used to define the outer periphery of an excavated space to be filled with concrete with a leg abutting the pour side of the plank and (if there is a second leg) a leg abutting the opposite side of the plank so that the upper portion with the hole for receiving a rebar dowel will extend out over the peripheral foundation at right angles to the form planks. In this position, the rebar hole is positioned to receive and hold in position a vertical rebar dowel in upright position.
Handrail assembly jig
A handrail assembly jig is provided. The handrail assembly jig includes a vertical support having a first end and a second end. A planar base is affixed to the second end of the vertical support. A foot member is removably secured to the second end, wherein the foot member includes a planar foot base. A head member is slidably affixed to the vertical support at the first end. A clamp is removably secured to a lower side of the head member. An arm is pivotally secured to the second end, wherein the arm includes a slot therethrough. A securement device can be inserted through the slot to selectively raise and lower the arm relative to the vertical support.
GUIDANCE APPARATUS FOR ASSEMBLY OF CONSTRUCTION PANELS
An apparatus guides first and second assembly components into a predetermined configuration, each assembly component including an opening. When the assembly components are aligned into the predetermined configuration, their openings align to define a cavity for receiving a stepped dowel to fasten the components together. The guiding apparatus includes a stepped dowel member having successively-smaller dowel sections, and a collar member floating around the base of the stepped dowel member. The stepped dowel member tip can be passed through the first assembly component opening and inserted into the second assembly component opening, drawing the components into the predetermined configuration. When the components are aligned into the predetermined configuration, the collar member engages the first assembly component opening and the stepped dowel member engages the second assembly component opening. The guiding apparatus can be disengaged, freeing the dowel-receiving cavity to accept a stepped dowel for fastening the assembly components together.
Floor panel seating assembly
Disclosed herein are embodiments of a floor panel seating assembly. The floor panel seating assembly can include adjustable, removable brackets or guides for guiding cross-members and joists of floor panels into their desired positions on a support structure. Also disclosed herein are embodiments of a method of seating a floor panel. The method can include providing one or more adjustable, removable bracket or guide, adjusting the guide(s) to accommodate the width of a wall of the support structure and/or the sizes of the cross-members or joists of the floor panel, mounting the guide(s) to the support structure, and lowering a floor panel into position on the support structure using the guide(s).

Modular assembly jig system
A modular assembly jig system for use in constructing a structural element on a construction site is disposable between an operative assembled configuration and a collapsed configuration for transport or storage. The system includes a jig platform assembly comprising a plurality of platform members, and a support assembly disposed in a supporting relation to the jig platform assembly. An alignment assembly disposed along the jig platform assembly facilitates alignment of a portion of the structural element during construction. A guide assembly having at least one guide member is at least temporarily interconnected to the jig platform assembly, and an adjustable clamp assembly is operatively positionable along at least a portion of the guide assembly. The adjustable clamp assembly retains at least a portion of the structural element in position during construction. An extension assembly is provided to increase an operative working area of the jig platform assembly.
Adjustable board hanging device
Disclosed are the ornamental design and utilitarian characteristics of a tool configured for associating an attachment-device (such as a joist hanger) with a structure (such as a ledger board). The tool comprises an alignment element that is placed in alignment with an edge defined by a structure so as to define an A-axis and B-axis location for associating the attachment-device to the structure.
Adjustable support device and shoring system
A shoring system for concrete slabs is disclosed. One such system includes a drop head with a beam support member which can be moved between lower and upper positions, and a wedge member which locks the beam support member in its upper position by a translational, sliding movement thereof. Wedge member includes a narrower toe portion and a wider heel portion, and the toe portion is insertable past corresponding engagement surfaces on the post of the drop head, to support the wedge member in its upper position. The beam support member has a lower surface engaged by the wedge member and such lower surface is longitudinally spaced from the upper surface of the beam support member, so that there is open space between the wedge member and the bottom surfaces of beam supported by the upper surface of the beam support member.
