The present invention relates to a tool which can be used to spread and smooth building materials, especially plaster and mortar. The present invention relates in particular to a smoothing trowel (10) which comprises a smoothing board (20) and a handle (30) and in which a grip holder (40) connects the handle (30) to the smoothing board (20), the grip holder (40) being connected to the smoothing board (20) by means of a large number of bolts (50), characterized in that holes (60) are provided in the smoothing board (20) and the bolts (50) are introduced into these holes (60).

A processing apparatus is used for surface treatment of undried concrete. The processing apparatus comprises a single roller having a cylindrical shape and a side face which comes into contact with the undried concrete, a main body portion provided with the single roller at a bottom and mounted a driving unit that includes a motor configured to rotationally drive the single roller, a front trowel attached to the main body portion to position in front of the single roller, a rear trowel attached to the main body portion to position in rear of the single roller, and a handle portion extended rearward and obliquely upward from the main body portion and provided with a grip component which is gripped by an operator at an upper end and is provided with an operation part for receiving an operation from the operator.

The mortar-dispensing device includes a hopper, a trowel, an extruder, a battery, and an operator control. The mortar-dispensing device may be a tool for applying mortar to a substrate in preparation for laying tile. The hopper may be configured to hold the mortar prior to application of the mortar to the substrate. The trowel may rake the mortar to create a bed of mortar comprising mortar ridges.
