PREASSEMBLED PLATFORM FOR VERTICAL VEHICLE PARKING AND STORAGE

An apparatus and system for vertical vehicle parking and storage includes a platform having a platform drive assembly and a side rail assembly that is preassembled for cost effective installation at an existing site. The platform drive assembly includes a motor, a drive axle and a control panel. The side rail assembly includes a continuous chain that is driven by the motor and drive axle using an exterior control pendant to move the preassembled platform between a lowered position for receiving a vehicle and a raised position for parking and storing the vehicle. The preassembled platform is suspended from an overhead supporting structure in one embodiment. In another embodiment, the preassembled platform is supported on an elevating structure. The side rail assembly may further include one or more drive sprockets, driven and loop sprockets, chain guides, locks, slack sensors, limit switches, over length position sensors and/or over height position sensors.

Bicycle parking device

For parking a bicycle, a bicycle parking device includes a storage tray, a lifting mechanism, and a rotary platform. The storage tray is located at the bottom of the bicycle parking device and has a plurality of bicycle parking spaces. The lifting mechanism drives a bicycle carrying platform to move up and down. The rotary platform that is rotatably disposed on the lifting mechanism and is docked with the bicycle parking space. The bicycle carrying platform transfers between the bicycle parking space and the rotary platform.

System for docking vehicle to building and control method of the same

A system for docking a vehicle to a building, wherein the vehicle functions as a space of the building when the vehicle is connected thereto, and wherein the building includes at least one station inside or outside thereof such that the vehicle can dock at the at least one station, includes a server configured to check whether the at least one station is available to allow a user to select a station for a vehicle, to select the station randomly when the user does not select the station, and when the vehicle is docked at the selected station, to connect the vehicle to the selected station in wired or wireless manner to manage use of the selected station.
