VERTICAL COLUMN
A vertical column has a column body extending between a first end and a second end. The column body includes a main body, a conical portion extending from the main body, and a tip portion extending from the conical portion. The vertical column includes a first helical structure extending around a portion of the main body and a second helical structure extending around a portion the tip portion.
Helical pile foundation system
A post foundation system is provided. The system has a shaft with a helical disk attached to one end and a post support attached to the other end. The helical disk drives the shaft into the ground as a rotational force is applied to the shaft. A fin section is rotatably coupled about the shaft between its first and second ends. The fin section can have one or more fins extending outwardly from the shaft. The fin section engages the ground to stabilize the post foundation system as the shaft of the post foundation system is driven into the ground.
Anchor And Light Post Assembly
An assembly for anchoring a light post assembly with a ground anchor that secures to a ground box comprising a plate with a plurality of walls extending in a first direction to penetrate the ground and a plurality of fasteners extending in a second direction from the plate and receiving thereon a light post base having a plurality of openings for aligned receiving of the fasteners and receiving nuts thereon to secure the light post base to the ground box.
MOVEABLE TARGET STAND
A target stand having a support rail with a first end and a second end, a first main leg support extending upwardly from the support rail at the first end, and a second main leg support extending upwardly from the support rail at the second end. The target stand has a ground screw with a conical body portion permanently attached to and extending downwardly from the support rail, the ground screw having a helix disposed around the periphery of the conical body portion.
Stabilizer anchor assembly for manufactured building
A stabilizer anchor securing a manufactured building to the ground while resisting movement from forces against the building, having an elongated rod with a helical flight at a first end and a connector at an opposing end, which rod slidingly receives a plate for movement relative to the rod during installation. A stabilizer member connects between a connector of the rod and an I-beam of the manufactured building for communicating forces on the building to the ground. A method of securing a manufacturing building to the ground while resisting movement in response to forces against the building is disclosed.
Recreational utility support
A support utility includes a base comprising a drilling portion connected to a central portion and to a flange portion, the central portion defining a central bore therein; at least one elevating implement connected to the base; and, at least one utility implement connected to at least one elevating implement.
Fence post for an animal enclosure
A fence post for an animal enclosure including a first member, a second member, a collar, and a fastener. The first member and second member are substantially the same length. The second member has a cross-bore at a proximal end thereof, the collar defines an aperture, and the first member is fixedly attachable to the collar. The second member is configured to be partially received within the collar for alignment of the cross-bore and the aperture, and the second member is fixable relative to the collar by means of the fastener arranged to at least partially passthrough said cross-bore and said aperture.
CONVERTIBLE HAMMOCK-SHADE TENT
A convertible hammock-shade tent configurable as a shade tent and a hammock comprising (I) A plurality of tiers comprising a first tier and a second tier wherein (a) the second tier has a plurality of perimeter sleeves and (b) each tier has positioned thereon a plurality of apertures; (II) A plurality of vertically adjustable telescoping posts comprising a first, second, third, and fourth post wherein each (a) is attachable to the first and second tiers by an attachment device and (b) comprises a plurality of post segments, each with an upper and a lower end, comprised of at least a first post segment with a lower end configured for securing the post to the ground and attaching the post to the first tier and a second post segment positioned above the first post segment and configured for attaching the post to the second tier; (III) Wherein the tiers and posts can be configured for use as a shade tent wherein the first tier comprises the shade tent floor and the second tier comprises the shade tent canopy positioned above the first tier and wherein (a) a bendable member is inserted into at least one second tier perimeter sleeve, and (b) a second tier support system is positioned below and proximal the second tier and comprises a first and a second cross brace, with each cross brace having a first and a second end, and a plurality of cross brace attachment members, wherein each cross brace end is attached to a cross brace attachment member attached to a second post segment of a post; and (IV) Wherein one tier can be configured for use as a hammock, wherein (a) the tier comprises a hammock panel having a panel first end and a panel second end wherein the panel first end is attached to a first erecting structure and the panel second end is attached to a second erecting structure, and (b) one or more panel perimeter apertures and one or more panel perimeter sleeves is proximal each panel end.
Beach chair securing device
A beach chair securing assembly includes an outer insert having a hollow leg having a pointed distal tip and a proximal opening. The hollow leg has a helical thread assembly surrounding an exterior thereof and extending partially up the length of the leg. A generally annular lower plate surrounds the proximal opening and has a pair of diametrically opposed clamps. Each clamp includes a vertical portion extending upwardly from the lower plate and a connecting horizontal portion extending generally parallel to the lower plate. An inner insert has a distal shaft sized to fit into the hollow leg and an upper plate connected to the distal shaft. The upper plate has a top surface having a saddle defined by a generally arcuate concave valley extending along a longitudinal axis. A pair of diametrically opposed ridges extends upwardly from either side of the valley. Each ridge includes an upwardly extending eyelet having a through-hole extending therethrough such that the through-holes are axially aligned.
