An anchor driving device includes an anchor, a driving member with a slide stop, an anchor rod, a slide collar, and a load cell. The driving member is removably coupled to the anchor. The slide stop of the driving member is spaced apart from and disposed above the anchor. The anchor rod is permanently coupled to the anchor. The slide collar is disposed on the driving member and is selectively affixed to the driving member with a release mechanism. The load cell is permanently coupled to the slide collar and selectively coupled to the anchor rod. The load cell is configured to measure a load through the anchor rod during a setting operation of the anchor.

The present invention provides an anchor pile and installation method for the same, which includes insertion hole portions and guide portions formed in the side surface of a hollow pipe. In a state where a resistance member formed of a material that can be elastically deformed is stored within the pipe, the anchor pile is driven into the ground. When an auxiliary tool is used to pull up the resistance member in a vertical direction within the pipe after the anchor pile is driven into the ground, the protrusion portions of the resistance member slide on the guide portions and are deformed so as to be opened and extended toward the insertion hole portions. The protrusion portions of the resistance member are protruded from the insertion hole portions toward the ground and function to provide the resistance force of the anchor pile in the ground.

A universal awning anchor is an apparatus that supports an awning with various types of ground, such as soil, concrete, and sand. The apparatus includes a head, a first elongated bar, a second elongated bar, a length-adjustable fastener, and an anchor. The head upholds an awning. The first elongated bar and the second elongated bar define the height of the apparatus. The length-adjustable fastener secures the awning onto the head. The head and the anchor are removable and replaceable with the first elongated bar and the second elongated bar, respectively. The first elongated bar and the second elongated bar are telescopically engaged. The anchor that mounts the apparatus into the soil includes a plurality of threads. The anchor that mounts the apparatus onto concrete includes a plate and a plurality of anchoring holes. The anchor that mounts the apparatus into sand includes a first stake and a second stake.

An anchor driving device includes an anchor, a driving member with a slide stop, an anchor rod, a slide collar, and a load cell. The driving member is removably coupled to the anchor. The slide stop of the driving member is spaced apart from and disposed above the anchor. The anchor rod is permanently coupled to the anchor. The load cell is permanently coupled to the slide collar and selectively coupled to the anchor rod. The load cell is configured to measure a load through the anchor rod during a setting operation of the anchor.

A device (100) for securing a post (105) comprises a central portion (110) defining an aperture (115) therethrough configured to engage the post (105) and two or more support members (120) extending outwardly from the central portion (110). Each support member (120) comprises a first portion (125) and a second portion (130), the first and second portions (125, 130) each comprising at least one support element (135, 140) configured to extend towards and further engage the post (105). The second portion (130) is configured to penetrate a post-mounting surface (132) in a substantially longitudinal direction relative to the post (105), thereby securing the post (105) with respect to shear forces acting on the post (105) in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.

A system for anchoring a pole into the ground includes an anchoring base intended to be anchored into the ground, the anchoring base exhibiting a high, flush end intended to be flush with the ground; at least one interface exhibiting a housing capable of holding a pole, the interface having elements for holding a pole inserted in the housing thereof; and elements for assembling/disassembling the interface on the anchoring base.

The present invention provides an anchor pile and installation method for the same, which includes insertion hole portions and guide portion formed in the side surface of a hollow pipe. In a state where a resistance member formed of a material that can be elastically deformed is stored within the pipe, the anchor pile is driven into the ground. When an auxiliary tool is used to pull up the resistance member in a vertical direction within the pipe after the anchor pile is driven into the ground, the protrusion portions of the resistance member slide on the guide portions and are deformed so as to be opened and extended toward the insertion hole portions. The protrusion portions of the resistance member are protruded from the insertion hole portions toward the ground and function to provide the resistance force of the anchor pile in the ground.

A support for positioning a marking pole relative to a driving surface and a method of using the same is disclosed. The support includes a shaft member extending between a first end and a second end and an intermediate portion between the first end and the second end. A first anchor extends from the second end of the shaft member. A second anchor extends from an area of the shaft member between first end and the second end of the shaft member. The shaft member defines a cantilevered section between the first end and the intersection of anchor. A receiver is at the first end of the shaft and configured to receive a marking pole.
