TENSILE MEMBRANE STRUCTURE BUILDING SYSTEM
A tensile membrane structure building system (10) including several standard extruded structural members (12) of the same cross-sectional profile. These standard structural members (12) have a rectangular cross-sectional profile with four sides (50.1-50.4) oriented at right angles to each other at four corners (52.1-52.4), each side including formations that define at least one channel (54) extending along a length of the structural members. By means of fasteners (80) that cooperate with the channels, standard structural members may be interlocked so as to form a framework (14). Each side of the standard structural member also include two slots (58) located on either side of the channel or channels towards the corners, the slots configured to receive and hold an edge of a membrane (16).
PVC keder welded to vinyl awning canopy
An awning keder includes an awning bead extending along a length of the keder that is sized for insertion into a keder rail, and a connecting panel coupled with the awning bead and extending along the length of the keder. The awning bead and the connecting panel are integrated into a one-piece keder. The one-piece component does not require additional assembly or alteration before welding onto a vinyl canopy, thereby cutting down on production time. The keder is also more durable and less susceptible to expansion or shrinkage resulting from environmental changes.
Door system for movable structures
The present invention provides a door system for a temporary, movable structure having a plurality of spaced apart frame members and a membrane stretched between adjacent frame members. The door system has multiple modules movable between open and closed positions. Each module has its own membrane, separate from the membranes of the structure, which is stretched taught over the surface of the module. In the open position, the modules do not obstruct the opening in the structure, and the membranes of the modules and the structure do not go slack. The membranes of both the structure and the modules are always under tension, thus being less susceptible to damage.
RETRACTABLE CANOPY
Aspects of the present disclosure provide retractable canopies, kits of parts for assembling retractable canopies, and methods for assembling and operating retractable canopies. The retractable canopies provide tracks extending in a longitudinal direction and transversely spaced apart. A support extends in a transverse direction between the tracks and is moveably coupled to the tracks via mounts to the tracks. The mounts include engagement members, such as wheels, to engage with the tracks. The engagement members may be biased transversely away from the support (e.g. toward the track), thereby permitting the engagement members to adjust their transverse positions relative to the support as the support moves along the track.

Adapter element and modular system
The invention relates to an adapter element for fastening a planar element, in particular an awning, to a vehicle, including an adapter body, which has a first edge region for fastening the adapter element to a vehicle, and a second edge region for fastening a planar element to the adapter element. The first edge region of the adapter body is equipped with a vehicle connection element for releasably fastening the first edge region to a vehicle. The second edge region of the adapter body is equipped at the second edge region with a planar element connection element for releasably fastening the second edge region to an edge region of a planar element. The invention also relates to a modular system having such an adapter element and having a planar element.
CLAMP FOR TEMPORARY STRUCTURE SHEETING AND RELATED METHODS
A sheeting clamp for a temporary structure includes a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate. The first clamping plate has a first channel parallel and a second channel. The second channel has a plurality of openings therein. The first plate also includes a first plurality of apertures proximal to the first channel and a second plurality of apertures proximal to the second channel. The second clamping plate has a first channel corresponding to the first channel of the first clamping plate, and a first plurality of apertures corresponding to the first plurality of apertures of the first clamping plate. At least one securing structure secures the first clamping plate and second clamping plate around a tubular structure around which a sheet is wrapped.
Adaptable tent system with interconnecting member
An adaptable tent system is described. The adaptable tent system may include a base system having a rigid surface defining a perimeter edge and a canopy including a flexible membrane with a membrane edge and a canopy fastener, the canopy fastener extending along and fixably attached to the membrane edge, the canopy fastener adapted to mate with an interconnecting member fastener. The tent system may also include an interconnecting member including an interconnecting member body, an attachment member, and the interconnecting member fastener. The attachment member may be attached to the base member, so that the interconnecting member and base member are fixably attached together. The interconnecting member fastener may be configured to mate with any one of a plurality of different canopy fasteners so that when the canopy fastener and the interconnecting member fastener are mated, the interconnecting member and the canopy are connected.
