Disclosed is a massage device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The massage device comprises: a body structure for forming an area to accommodate at least one portion of the body of a user and defining the outer shape of the massage device; a massage module for supplying a massage function to the at least one portion of the body of the user accommodated in the area in the body structure; an input unit for receiving an input of an arbitrary form from the user of the massage device; a display for displaying massage mode screen information which can be selected by the user of the massage device; and a control unit for controlling one more operations of the massage device on the basis of at least a part of the input of an arbitrary form received by the input unit. The massage mode screen information may include: an automatic mode graphic object linked to a function of performing an automatic mode consisting of a predetermined massage pattern and massage time; a manual mode graphic object linked to a function of performing a manual mode to allow a user of the massage device to configure a massage pattern and massage time; and a massage option mode graphic object linked to a function enabling selection of a massage option mode consisting of an additional function that provides convenience to a user of the massage device in addition to a massage operation that applies pressure to at least a part of the body of the user of the massage device.

Phyto material tablets, tablet vaporizers, methods and apparatus for forming phyto material tablets. The tablets are formed to increase vaporization efficiency. Tablets can include break regions to facilitate fracturing into multiple pieces for vaporization. The tablets can also include multiple layers of different phyto material mixtures. Compression molds are used to shape the tablets. The compression molds can be provided on a rotational assembly to facilitate rapid manufacturing of multiple tablets. The vaporizers include heating chambers that are configured to increase the surface area of the tablets exposed for vaporization. The heating chambers include compression or fracture members that compress and/or encourage fracturing of the tablets to assist vaporization.

A sleep mask is created comprising a sleep mask cover that can accommodate a weighted mask component and a thermal mask component. The sleep mask cover may include a fastening mechanism at the opening which may be removably engaged or disengaged to disable or enable, respectively, access to the opening for insertion of the weighted mask component and the thermal mask component. The weighted mask component may include a set of eye panels that are devoid of weight material to prevent unwanted pressure on a human user's eyes when the sleep mask is worn around the head of a human user. The present invention provides a weighted article for assisting sleep, wherein the weighted article includes heating and cooling means. The weighted article is perforated by a series of channels, which contribute to the weight of the weighted article and allow the passage of a fluid that is continuously pumped throughout the weighted article while the weighted article is in use. The weighted article is connected to a control unit including means to thermoelectrical heat or cool the fluid such that a user of the weighted article is able to increase or decrease their body temperature.

A device for motion sickness reduction, directional indication, and neural rehabilitation that provides three modes of operation. The device operates by providing haptic feedback using transducers that convert electrical signals to a tactile sensation such as pressure, vibration, electrical stimulation, temperature, or airflow. The transducers are located at different locations on the body of a user, and actively change their operation to indicate a direction of motion or rotation to the user through haptic (tactile) feedback. This tactile feedback can be used to reduce motion sickness, provide directional indication, and enhance neural rehabilitation.

The subject matter described herein provides systems and techniques for enhancing a user’s performance. In particular, the physiological characteristics of the user can be altered toward target characteristics to bring about a particular physiological state in the user. Multiple physiological signals of the user may be sensed. Physiological characteristics indicative of a physiological state of the user may be determined. A differential between the physiological characteristics and selected target physiological characteristics may be determined. A selected energy signal associated with a correction action may be communicated to nerves associated with the user’s skin by outputting, using an energy generator, the energy signal toward the skin with one or more different energy types based on the differential. This may allow a particular targeted physiological state to be more rapidly brought about in the user.
