Fencing System for Negotiating Topography of Surfaces
20200199906 · 2020-06-25 ·

A flexible fencing system capable of negotiating topographical variations of surfaces without any negative effect on the strength of the fencing system and comprised of an initial post, at least one intermediary post and an end post. Each of the initial and end posts includes a plate extending distally from the posts. The intermediary posts include two plates extending distally from the intermediary posts where the angle between the distally extending plates is 180. Braces having plates at each end are located between and connect to the posts at connection points formed by the plates of the braces secured to the plates of the posts. The connection points form a hinge providing flexibility to either incline or decline the brace relative to the preceding post, the variation of the brace inclination or declination determined by the topographical variations of a surface.

Fence system

A fence system for receiving fence infill therein, wherein fence posts are arranged at selected locations along the fence as a first post and a second post. Upper and lower rails are positioned between the first post and the second post, to receive and restrict lateral movement of fence infill positioned therebetween, and are selectively movable and securable within the posts to permit vertical and angular adjustment of the upper rail and lower rail along the length thereof.

Barrier for sloped terrains

A barrier, such as fence panel, is formed from a plurality of channel-shaped rails and plurality of upright members. Each upright member traverses the rail channels of the rails forming the barrier and is mechanically connected to the rail, such that the upright member is selectively tiltable with respect to the rail within an angular adjustment range. The mechanical connection between rail and upright member may be formed by a weld, such as a resistance weld, by a permanent adhesive, or with a fastener such as bolt or screw. A tab that extends from the rail web may be used to connect a rail to an upright member. The tab may depend from a bracket installed within the rail channel, or may be cut out and bent into the channel from the web. The tab is rotatable about an axis situated at or adjacent the web.

Rail insert

A system of fence components includes fence posts, fence rails having cavities formed in their ends, and fence rail inserts sized to be positioned within the fence rail cavities. The fence rail inserts and the fence rail cavities include corresponding mating features to allow the fence rail inserts to be positioned and locked within the fence rail cavities. The fence rail inserts also include fastener guides that allow a fastener to pass through to couple the fence rail inserts to the fence posts.

ADJUSTABLE RAILING
20190352913 · 2019-11-21 · ·

A vertically adjustable railing having first and second elongate balusters each with a first and second ends, the balusters having a first connection elements at their first ends and second connection elements along their length. An elongate handrail is pivotally connected at its first end to the first connection element of the first baluster and pivotally connected at its second end to the first connection element of the second baluster. An elongate lower rail having a first end and a second end is pivotally connected at its first end to the second connection element of the first baluster and pivotally connected at its second end to the second connection element of the second baluster. A distance between the first end and the second connection element of the first baluster is greater than the distance between the first end and the second connection element of the second baluster.

Adjustable and rackable fence system
10472852 · 2019-11-12 ·

An improved method and apparatus for a fence system that is adjustable and rackable to accommodate uneven surfaces. The picket fence system can be adjusted into a selected position and releasably secured, or portions can be changed to modify the appearance of the fence. One embodiment of the invention provides rackable fencing in panel to allow for easily moving selected fences in racks.

Parking space barricade
10450773 · 2019-10-22 ·

A parking space barricade is disclosed. The barricade has a crossmember, a first pair of legs, and a second pair of legs. The crossmember has a first fork end and a second fork end. The first fork end is opposite the second fork end. The first pair of legs are joined at a first upper end. The first upper end has a first crossmember mount. The second pair of legs are joined at a second upper end. The second upper end has a second crossmember mount. The first fork end is pivotally connected to the first crossmember mount. The second fork end is pivotally connected to the second crossmember mount. The first and second pair of legs each are pivotal between a stored position and a deployed position.

RACKABLE GATE KIT

Kits for assembling rackable gates are provided. The kits comprise a pair of gate uprights, each gate upright comprising a tubular elongate member and a bracket. The tubular elongate member comprises apertures configured to accept a fence panel rail therethrough and into an elongate channel situated on an interior surface therein and configured to securely receive an end of the fence panel rail such that lateral and torsional movement of said fence panel rail is restricted. The bracket comprises a pair of bracket arms attached to an exterior surface of the tubular elongate member, each situated directly opposite the other with an aperture situated therebetween and configured to accommodate a fastener for fastening a fence panel rail thereto. Also provided are methods for assembling gates from such kits and gates assembled from such kits and by such methods.

Fence and fence connection apparatus and method
10422155 · 2019-09-24 · ·

A connector assembly and method for constructing a no-weld pipe fence, a no-weld fence end brace, or a no-weld fence corner brace. The connector assembly includes (a) a bolt, a threaded pin, or a hinge knuckle structure which is attachable to a fence post and (b) an attachment sleeve which can be slidably nested on the end of a pipe rail or brace member. The attachment sleeve is connectable to the bolt, threaded pin, or hinge knuckle structure in a manner which allows the pipe rail or brace member to be pivoted to a horizontal position or to any other desired angle on the fence post and then locked in place.

Connector apparatus

A locking member for a gate apparatus comprises a body mountable to a gripping array of a support, said body having a mating form mutually engageable with the gripping array, whereby axial motion of said body relative to said gripping array is inhibited. A member extends away from said body, said member defining a cross-tie mount for receiving a mating end of a cross-tie. The cross-tie mount has a cross-tie end retainer which is movable between a first position securing said cross-tie in said cross-tie mount, and a second position permitting release of said cross-tie from said cross-tie mount, whereby the cross-tie may be moved to function as a gate.
