ALTERNATING CURRENT DYNAMIC FREQUENCY STIMULATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPIOID USE DISORDER (OUD) AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER (SUD)
Electrostimulation systems and methods are contemplated in which a high current level, charge balanced alternating current electrical signal is generated for delivery to the cortex region of a patient's brain for treating opioid use disorder and substance use disorder. By stimulating this region of the brain with a charged balanced stimulation current with a stimulation current envelope defining one or more series of pulses at particular frequencies and durations designed to evoke metabolic response in the neurons, significant improvements in efficacy and reductions in patient discomfort may be achieved relative to earlier methods of transcranial electrical stimulation. Further advantages, especially in promoting neural entrainment, may be realized as well via utilizing multiple series of pulses at different frequencies, and via the dynamic adjustment of the stimulation waveform via incorporation of feedback signals in order to maintain charge balance in real-time.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES AND METHODS FOR NEUROSTIMULATION
Systems, devices, and methods for neurostimulation via vestibular stimulation are described. One example is a device for administering thermal stimulation to an ear canal of a subject. The device may include an earpiece configured to be at least partially insertable into the ear canal of the subject; a thermoelectric device thermally coupled to the earpiece and configured to heat and/or cool the earpiece to thereby heat and/or cool the ear canal of the subject; and a controller configured to administer a selected treatment plan including administering a caloric vestibular stimulation (CVS) stimulus to the ear canal of the subject in a condition-treatment effective amount during a first treatment interval. The treatment plan may be effective to produce a durable improvement in at least one symptom of the condition for a time of at least 1 week following cessation of the administering.
METHODS AND DEVICES FOR MODULATING DELTA WAVES
Disclosed are methods and devices for modulating delta brainwaves in a sleeping subject. In various embodiments, the method includes a) detecting and monitoring an initial delta wave in a subject, b) applying an electrical current to modulate the initial delta wave in the subject, thereby modifying the initial delta wave in the subject to form a modified delta wave, and, optionally, repeating cycles of steps a) and b), thereby modulating delta brainwaves.
Methods of Reducing Sleep Disordered Breathing and Structures Formed Therapy
An oral therapy device structure and methods of utilizing said device are described. Embodiments of the oral therapy device structure include a top member and a bottom member, where the top member fits over at least a portion of the upper teeth of a user, and includes one or more partially embedded sensors. The bottom member fits over at least a portion of the bottom teeth of the user. A coupling structure physically joins a portion of the top member to a portion of the bottom member. A mandibular positioning drive (MPD) is at least partially embedded within the bottom member, where the MPD is capable of moving the bottom member from a first position to a second position.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR NEURAL STIMULATION VIA VISUAL STIMULATION
Systems and methods of the present disclosure are directed to systems and methods for treating cognitive dysfunction in a subject in need thereof. The system can include eyeglasses, a photodiode positioned to detect ambient light, light sources, and an input device. The system can include a neural stimulation system that retrieves a profile and selects a light pattern having a fixed parameter and a variable parameter. The neural stimulation system can set a value of the variable parameter of the light pattern, construct an output signal, and then provide the output signal to the light sources to direct light towards the fovea.
METHODS AND DEVICES FOR APPLYING DYNAMIC, NON-LINEAR OSCILLATIONS AND VIBRATIONS
Systems and methods for applying binaural beats to a person are disclosed in a way to prevent the listener from becoming acclimatized to the binaural beats. The system administers varying binaural beat frequencies according to varying progressions of binaural beats from a base binaural beat to a target binaural beat in an irregular manner.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND DEVICES FOR PAIRED PLASTICITY
Systems, methods and devices for paired training include timing controls so that training and neural stimulation can be provided simultaneously. Paired trainings may include therapies, rehabilitation and performance enhancement training. Stimulations of nerves such as the vagus nerve that affect subcortical regions such as the nucleus basalis, locus coeruleus or amygdala induce plasticity in the brain, enhancing the effects of a variety of therapies, such as those used to treat tinnitus, stroke, traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, speech deficit or language deficit.

DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR REDUCING CORONASOMNIA TO ENHANCE IMMUNITY AND IMMUNE RESPONSE
A device, system, and method for facilitating a sleep cycle in a subject during a pandemic or peri COVID vaccination period, comprising determining a current awake or sleep stage of a person; automatically defining a desired sleep cycle pattern, dependent on the current awake or sleep stage of the person; generating an audio or optical stimulation pattern by an automated processor; and entraining brainwaves of the brain of the person with the stimulation pattern corresponding to the desired sleep cycle pattern, to thereby induce a sleep cycle in the person according to the sleep cycle pattern. When sleep patterns are normalized, a SARS-Cov-2 vaccination may be administered to the person.
SLEEP PERFORMANCE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
Sleep performance systems and methods of using the same are disclosed. The sleep performance systems can improve the quality of sleep by making one or more recommendations to the subject for increasing a sleep quality score. The sleep performance systems can have one or more electroencephalography (EEG) electrodes configured to measure a subject’s brain activity during sleep. The sleep performance systems can have a processor configured to quantify the quality of the subject’s slow-wave sleep by determining one or more sleep performance scores associated with the measured brain activity. The sleep performance systems can recommend and/or activate sleep improvement programs based on various threshold scores.
