An enhanced security fence for use in high security situations is provided. The fence is made of high strength materials that are preferably welded together in a convenient, location and sent as prefabricated sections to the installation location to form an all welded bracket-less perimeter barrier fence system. Posts with section hangers are provided and installed at a perimeter, and the prefabricated panels are quickly and securely attached to the posts. The panels can be friction fit to the posts and, if desired welded thereto. The invention includes a method of creating an enhanced security fence, that includes prefabrication of panels and rapid, fitting and securing the panels to posts to more quickly create a secure perimeter in places having difficult environments.

A water-ballasted protection barrier array and fencing and gate assemblies are disclosed. In one embodiment of the water-ballasted protection barrier array, first fence assemblies are placed in a superjacent relationship with barrier segments to form stacked first fence assembly-barrier segment combinations. The water-ballasted protection barrier array may be constructed by placing second fence assemblies in lateral interposed relationships with two stacked first fence assembly-barrier segment combinations. Alternatively, gate assemblies may be placed in lateral interposed relationships with two stacked first fence assembly-barrier segment combinations to buildout the water-ballasted protection barrier array. A system of connecting lugs and connectors having a common vertical axial alignment such that a connecting rod is inserted therethrough to securably join the components of the water-ballasted protection barrier array.

Tri-truss self-closing gate

Systems and methods of fencing systems are provided that incorporate tri-truss assemblies and/or self-closing gates. A tri-truss assembly may provide stability and support to a gate that is part of a portable or temporary fencing system. A tri-truss assembly may be configured to support a self-closing gate that is part of a pool fence. A tri-truss assembly may include three vertical support members. Two of the three vertical support members may include pins configured to be placed within pre-drilled holes in a surface in order to maintain the tri-truss assembly upright. A third vertical support may be a different length (shorter or longer) than the first two vertical support members and include an adjustable foot, such as a threaded bolt, configured to contact the surface and provide additional stability and/or support.
