METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SAND DUNE CONSTRUCTION
A movable apparatus for sand dune construction. A fence having a lateral stability bar, a plurality of vertical stability bars, and a plurality of cross-hatched sand wall planks may be positioned at a location at which sand dune construction is desirable. In some embodiments, multiple apparatus may be connected together to allow for adjustment of the alignment of the apparatus. Additionally, in some embodiments, the angles of the sand wall planks may be adjusted. Together, these additions may help customize a sand passthrough profile.
PRIVACY FENCE
An aluminum extruded privacy fence is disclosed. The privacy fence may have a plurality of boards that overlap one another at various respective distal portions. These distal portions of the adjacent boards interlock and are locked to each other when a screw, bolt or non-threaded pin is inserted into a hole formed or defined by an interlocking structure. The interlocking structure is formed by the distal end portions of adjacent boards.
Adjustable Fence Post Coupler
An adjustable fence post coupler is shown and described. The adjustable fence post coupler includes a fence connection plate. The fence connection plate has a plurality of apertures located through the plate. The apertures are configured to allow for fasteners to be placed though and into the fence securing the fence connection plate to the fence. The fence connection plate is connected to a t least two connection bolts. The connection bolts are connected to a fence post coupler strap. The connection strap has at least two tubes attached to the connection strap. The connection bolts go through the tubes securing them to the fence post coupler strap. The fence post coupler strap is connected to a fence post. The adjustable fence post coupler is used to adjust the distance from the fence post that the fence is installed at. This allows for a perfectly linear fence.
Devices for controlling the movement of small animals through fences
A control device which, when it is installed as part of a fence, allows a small animal to pass from a first side of the fence to the other side of the fence, but prevents an animal which has passed through the device from returning to the first side of the fence. The control device can comprise (1) a mouth which (i) is exposed on the first side of the fence and (ii) has an open cross-section, and (2) an extending passage which extends away from the mouth to an exit. The extending passage can narrow as it extends from the mouth to the exit.
Fence and method of manufacturing a fence
A modular fence is disclosed that includes a metal frame that includes a top rail, a bottom rail, and a horizontally extending intermediate rail that are connected between upright vertical rails. The plastic planks are fixedly attached to an intermediate connector that is adapted to be assembled to the intermediate rail with fasteners. Top and bottom brackets are attached to the top and bottom rails. Top and bottom ends of the plastic planks are received in a gap or channel defined by the top and bottom brackets but are not fastened to the brackets. Alternatively, the top and bottom brackets may be attached to the ends of the plastic planks and the brackets may be assembled to the top and bottom rails with a gap defined between the brackets and the respective rails.
FENCE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM AND METHOD
Embodiments of the present application provides a system and method of a fence assembly. The system includes a vertical member, one or more channel rails, and an array of mating apertures running along the one or more channel rails for coupling a plurality of rails. In another embodiment, a fence system includes a first vertical member, a second vertical member, one or more channel rails, and a plurality of rails positioned between the first vertical member and the second vertical member according to the at least one channel among the one or more channels rails, the plurality of rails coupled the corresponding channel rails via a plurality of mating apertures.
APPARATUS AND RELATED METHODS FOR MODIFYING FENCE
Methods and apparatus are disclosed for an improved barriers and fence systems, including a supplemental panel for fences or gates or the like, alone and or in combination with such pre-existing fences/gates or similar elements. The supplemental panel can be fabricated using relatively cost-effective materials and processes, and effectively reduces the space or gaps between generally vertical pickets and/or horizontal elements on an existing fence/gate/etc., and is readily mounted and racked into generally parallel alignment with those existing generally vertical pickets, and the mounting can be independent of the racking function/structure (such as by bending the added vertical picket elements at a selected/provided location on each added picket). The added vertical elements can be low-visibility and selectively spaced laterally to fit aesthetically between the existing pickets.
IMPROVEMENTS IN AND RELATING TO FENCING
A panel-post connector plate 16 for connecting a fence post 12 to an adjacent fence panel 14. The panel-post connector plate 16 comprises a plate body 84 having a post-receiving aperture 86 for receiving at least part of the fence post 12 therethrough, and a fastener receiving aperture 92 for receiving a fastener to attach the plate body 84 to a panel-body of the adjacent fence panel 14. A header-rail engagement member 94 is at or adjacent to the plate body 84, the header-rail engagement member 94 receivable in the header rail 26 of the adjacent fence panel 14. A temporary rail support device, a gravel-board retaining element, a fence post and a fence are also described.
Fence system
A fence panel and method of assembly. The fence panel includes end brackets that are affixed to panel facing sides of fence uprights. A top rail and a base rail span between the uprights. Panel and spacer members are secured between the top and base rails. The fence panel construction method includes constructing lengths of fence by first installing uprights in the ground, then affixing the base rail to the uprights. A magnetic strip spans between the uprights. Spacers and panels are supported by the base rail and by the magnetic strip. After placement of the spacers and panels, a top rail is positioned between the uprights and adjacent to upper ends of the spacers and panels, thereby securing the spacers and panels between the top rail and the base rail to form a fence panel.
